Saturday almost 1 pm. Must have been understaffed as tables slow to be bussed, and had to wait and throughout some tables unused. One hour wait to seat and get foodwhich about 40 minutes was cook time?! And no ice cream/shakes something about no ice cream that day?! Burger meat was not frozen preformed and thicker probably 1/3 pound Nd fair taste, tender not smashed dry. Onion rings thin sliced and seasoned some of the most flavorful and unexpected presentation. If I had known the patty size would have ordered a double. Burger week in Cincinnati so burger half price but everything ala carte. Service was chipper and friendly but compensating for the wait time. First visit to a Wahlburgers and the lobby is too cramped for waiting capacity! Would try again or another location. Flavorful burger, fries ok (fresh cut or so it seems.
My husband and I were excited to finally try Wahlburgers but were disappointed in the end product. The place is nice enough, there was good service and the food came out quick. However, the food itself was nothing special in the least bit. Almost like it came from a fast food joint, it didn't feel like there was much care put into the making of the burgers and it really was just average. We probably won't go back again, unless the place gets a make over!
The burgers were delicious!!! Service was good. Long Island had too much Gin in it, but other than that it was absolutely perfect!
We liked this location better than the Las Vegas location. Love the windows looking outside downtown. The good was yummy and made actually how we requested. They were short staffed but really couldn't tell. They did an awesome job. The Mai Tai was yummy. One was enough!! Decently priced for being downtown Cincinnati!
Hats off to this staff. In the midst of Taste Of Cincinnati we walked in with 15 to find a staff being run ragged. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Show these folks some love. Food was great too.
A great experience with wonderful staff! Antoine was especially polite & patient since it was our first time! I got an impossible burger (with fried egg) and sweet potato tots. The spinach bites are also *chef’s kiss* I will definitely be coming back?
Food was great, service was terrible. Our waitress was not friendly and literally rolled her eyes when we told her the order was incorrect. She did not refill our drinks and we had to consistently ask other servers for stuff we needed.
Super nice place and great food! Every staff member (including the ones in the kitchen) greeted us when we walked in. The place was clean and the food was amazing. It is on the expensive side but this is one of those few places where it’s worth it. The soft Drinks are great, the fries and crispy and delicious, and the burgers are amazing! Super juicy and full of flavor. Definitely coming back when I get the chance!

Placed an online order and it was all a disaster. They didn’t include any of the toppings on my sandwich that I specifically requested. Onion rings were old and disgusting. The burger patty was raw. If you look at my review history I never leave bad reviews but I feel so robbed that I just had to.
