Service was extremely slow. I had to ask for someone to clean off tables. When the food came, we just was grateful to have something but the food has changed a lot.
My wife and I stopped in for breakfast and sit down on the table by the window no one ever came over to wait on us. they waited on everyone else who came through the door, when I asked why we we're not being waited on to cook said your weight to is in the bathroom we've been sitting there for over 10 minutes they were only two employees there they never spoke or said anything until we walked out the door and I came back in and asked the question. My wife and I have always had good experience at the other waffle houses in the area is one of our favorite restaurants probably won't be returning to this one. I really wanted to call corporate and report this but what difference would it make if they're understaffed.
Came here to eat, and the 2 people here took our order then our money, then told us to go outside because she needed to call her boss, but both her and the cook went outside to smoke before cooking our food. They both went back in and did not wash their hands(which is freaking gross).. also the way the lady was talking down and bashing the cook was unacceptable. Ive never had such a horrible experience in my life!! Even after I asked them to wash there hands, and they started making our food, they still messed up, because she didn't make the waffle until everything was done, because she forgot about it! Smh!
this location ghetto as hell i thought the one in western hills was bad but na this location tops all haha covington ky is waaaaay better than this location…. there’s the one girl at night real ratchet when she talk an she an this white girl was goin at it boutta fight at work an they always get the order wrong and they be shutting down over night sometimes like when they fully staffed tho like make it make sense tho!
Food was delicious!! Waitress was so nice and fast service.
I do believe this is the worst waffle house I've ever been to. The waiter or manager was nice. My order had to be to go. The cook hated his job. Their was no care or concern put into my order.. My eggs were under cooked. I ask for wheat toast got white, bacon was over cooked very charred and hashbrowns smothered had almost no onions.. I hope they work on this restaurants cooking issue..
This is the worst Waffle House I never been.and I found a very rude person and racist like never seen before...
They now have a automated message that you can’t talk to anyone in the store.
