We arrived before 6, the restaurant wasn't very crowded. We ordered as it filled up the saw everyone eat and leave before we got our dinners (1hr20). I asked for guac on the side, expecting dinner portion but received a thimble size AND charged 3.00. When I brought all this to the cashier's attention I was meet with snarkiness and uncalled for rudeness. Will not go back!!!

Tonight on April 29,2022 , I placed a call in order, picked it up in 15 mins, only problem was, IT WAS NEVER MADE. they place it again, I waited 15mins, again, I came back and found out it was never sent back, so a young man put the order in, and made sure it was properly placed, and he wasn't a Mexican, he was by far the most competent employee there. I got my birrria tacos, and when I got home, my consomme sauce wasn't there. CONSOMME SAUCE IS THE STAR. And the tacos was burnt along the edges. I will looking for another taco place that takes their service seriously. This place is a joke. This is also the second time I placed an order with them and they never took my name, and didn't know who I was or what I ordered. I will never go there again.

The quest is over. I finally found a great Mexican restaurant. The food was basic in terms of offerings but the actual food was excellent. The atmosphere was wonderful and very very clean. We had been trying to find a Mexican restaurant that properly spiced their food. After all my disappointments finally finally something that met my standards. The service was wonderful as well. Check this one out. The neighborhood also seemed charming.

We visited Veracruz on a whim and were easily able to seat a party of 8 on a Saturday. They have indoor seating as well as heated outdoor seating. I was very happy with the ambiance of the outdoor seating. They had plenty of fires and heaters going to keep it toasty and cozy. The pre-meal chips were delectable and the prices were reasonable. The menu has standard offerings and the wait staff is friendly and attentive. I wish Veracruz was closer to my home because it was honestly one of my favorite Mexican diners in Cincinnati.

Loved everything about this restaurant - delicious food; beautiful, clean & relaxing atmosphere; efficient and professional staff. We especially enjoyed the heated and covered outdoor section.

The food is good, however prices need to be specified on menu. For some reason, drink prices were not on the menu: My friend ordered a regular margarita while I ordered a special margarita. We get the bill, his margarita was $10 (decent price for a drink), and my margarita was $22!? And I had ordered two of those drinks, so $44 for two drinks - THAT should have been specified on the menu. Why not have the drink prices on the menu? ???‍♀️

Gave 2 stars only for how the restaurant was built it does look a lil classy. Other than that food was unremarkable and very bland, the service was not very lively, the waiter wasn't friendly and it seemed like our presence annoyed him tho he did being everything in a timely manner so i will give him that. They only have ketchup packets which isnt very practical. Ordered a jalapeno margarita and the tequila wasn't infused it was a regular lime marg with jalapenos thrown in, very disappointing. The glass is also one that you can buy at dollar tree.

Margarita with jalapeno is good and plantains. The nacho chips are awesome! Salsa is ok. I little on the pricey side. I was hoping for more authentic flavors not so americanized. A good place to meet up with friends

Veracruz is a local gem. A Price Hill treasure. Not only is the food delicious, but the family who runs it is just as kind as can be! You know you're supporting local when you eat here. Also, year round, you can sit outside in their heated patio! I love the ambiance... and the queso!
