First time having UDF ice cream and OMG!!! I got a chocolate shake and it was so creamy and just the right consistency! I live in TX and know I’m going to be craving these.
It's seems like the two ladies on the night shift don't want to serve the customers two times in different days they pretend that the machine was broken (for a milkshake) and usually when they don't have cigarettes on the counter they'd check in the back room but they didn't even tryU can feel the vibe that they're not welcoming at all. no smile no good service they are there literally just for a paycheck. as a loyal UDF customer I'm not satisfiedI don't recommend this location period.
I love this UDF! I've been coming to this specific one for over 20 years and today I'm finally writing a review thanks to Juan and Tony. I got my first giant peanut butter malt with chocolate milk, extra peanut butter, and extra malt powder with my brother Eli at this exact location when I was about 12 years old and have been addicted to them ever since, I'm 36 now. Today though, Juan made me literally the best one I've EVER had, and I've had at least a few hundred of them over the years, so that's saying A LOT! So a big thank you to Juan! Great attitude man! But I also have to mention Tony, as soon as I walked in the door he made eye contact with me, gave me a big smile, and was ready to help me with my order. Training along side Juan and with that bright outlook, I can tell Tony is soon to become the second best malt maker in Cincinnati! Thanks a lot to you too, Tony, you're a rising star man!
The best store Abby and Melissa are the best workers there they are always nice to people and always getting the job done such good people I would give them 300$ dollars each ???
Love coming in on Abby and Melissas Shifts at night , they are a mom and daughter duo , they always go above and beyond , and everytime I come in I’m welcomed with a smiling face . Glad to have a udf with great employees right down the street !
People can be very helpful to others in community.
Says they close at 11 and he decides he wants to close at 1052. False closing times posted and selected who he wanted to serve before 1052 ans after be closed locked the door.
10/18/2021 MORTIFIED BY THIS SO CALLED SHIFT SUPERVISOR AND HER POOR LEADERSHIP. HER NAME IS SHENANAY, heavy set, dark skinned, hair plaited, with glasses young lady. I entered into store to purchase some donuts. As i proceeded to check out, the donut prices weren't ringing correctly. I mentioned it to a much nicer and professional young lady who was ringing me out.. she adjusted the prices. Shenaynay the "shift Supervisor" came to the counter and told me what was ringing up were the correct prices but the labels inside the donut case were wrong. I mentioned to her, that what the shelf price says is what a customer normally pay. Shenaynay get's very upset, yelling, ghetto, popping her hands in the air, comes out from the counter arguing with a paying customer. I asked for the store manager, she wouldn't give me the number, but wants to call on her cell phone. I didn't purchase the donuts.. I will not patronize a store that has poor so called leaders looking after a business. I cannot understand how that young lady got a leadership role. UDF ARE YOU THAT DESPERATE?? Her behavior was unacceptable and controversial. Need I say more.

I was in there Sunday, October 3 and it was definitely busy. I only saw one employee and he most definitely was working the job of three people with a smile on his face. He was making three different customers milkshake orders while ringing people out at the same time. I waited until he wasn't busy to ask his name and he gladly gave it to me still with a smile on his face. I'm here to tell you Anthony deserves a raise! He went above and beyond any UDF employee I have ever encountered. He speaks volume for your company brand!
