The food quality is just gross. I have never been able to finish food from this chain even in other states! I will never go there again. And don’t see any tropical smoothie lasting more than 5 years without dramatic changes
i went in and the girl at the counter was smacking her gum while taking my order, then took a phone call in the middle of it too. after she finished my order (paradise point +chia seeds for a dollar. twenty nine) then she grouped up with her friends while still on the phone and they all started giggling. She got my name wrong on the order- jayla instead of ava. then there were no chia seeds in my order. i tried to call, but no one picked up.
So happy this location is here. I am an early bird so I usually get a smoothie early in the morning. Workers are very friendly. If you come at lunch times it tends to get pretty busy so there’s a bit of a wait but overall a great place.
6/6/22...My fiance got us a smoothie from here. We each got different ones that we thoroughly enjoyed. Looking forward to coming back.
I started to place an order for 10 people online at 10am for an 1130 pick up. At checkout I was told my item was out of stock. (Understandable I know this happens) I go to check out again and another item out of stock and then again a third time after switching it. I decided to call and check availability. The girl answered "hello" then dead silence. I asked is this "tropical smoothie Cafe?" I get "yea" , I ask are you totally out of salads I get "yea" then disconnected. Horrible customer service. When the food was picked up they were rude to him as well. We tried this place for a second time due to the rep saying it was a great place. It's not, service is horrible and the food order was wrong for 4 out of ten orders and drinks a smoothie was missing. I advised the rep to never use this place again and all my local offices as well. For a new location you should get it together and replace a few employees.
The food and drinks are always delicious but it definitely takes them forever to even acknowledge you. They don't take your order or anything until they're ready to. And it's not just when they're busy, they will be chatting to the side while everyone is waiting and then once they're ready, then they do their jobs. It doesn't matter if you order ahead online either, its hard to get their attention to tell them you're there for pickup which is sitting there ready right behind them on the counter. Very horrible customer service and expect a long wait. I wish there was a different location closer to me.
Love this place! Best snickerdoodle cookies (try them warm ?) I've EVER had. Friendly staff, fast service and the prices are very reasonable.
The smoothies are ok ... You have to really spend money to customize it the way you want. The customer service is definitely lacking at times and I have been here a total of five times. Management is a joke for certain. I gave this particular more than enough chances that they don't deserve. Erased the app and won't be returning to this location.... Ever.
Everyone seemed cool except the lady who range me up. As soon as I walked to the register her attitude changed she seemed agitated by me. When she made my drink she kind of dropped it on the counter and threw my strw forwards me. Kinda hurt my feelings because I was nothing but nice to her. 3/17 10:45 am dark hair with a few light streaks… you should be good to pple you cost your teammates a nice tip
1st time here was Saturday , and let me say this place is awesome! That Southwest Wrap is so bomb ! And I absolutely LOVE the 2 Smoothies that I have tried !!
