We love the smoothies here but don’t typically order on weekends. We were there at 8:45 this morning and the opener (definitely the same rude lady manager in a lot of these reviews) didn’t show up until a few minutes after opening time of 9am. She then said it will be 5 more minutes until she could take orders. There was a line of people waiting, we were first but eventually had to leave because we had no more time to wait. Very frustrating!
This place has gone so downhill. The girls working were anything but friendly, my strawberry banana smoothie was melted and spilling out of the lid, covering the cup & creating a mess when I got it, and tasted like absolutely nothing. Additionally, they have no lids for their carry out boxes, so don’t even think about ordering a salad to go (and don’t even think about asking for a lid either, they will not be happy about that question). There are also signs that state they don’t take $100 bills…. But you must buy gift cards in cash. I know things are hard since Covid, but this seems a bit ridiculous.

We normally get takeout here once a week, service was usually great until I called to cancel an order bc I accidentally chose pickup and not delivery. The girl on the phone was super nice but then I heard their entire conversation. At one point, the girl she was consulting with said “tell her to just cancel it online” WELL if I could cancel it online.. I wouldn’t be calling, would I? Anyways, it was very off putting hearing them complain & curse, be rude and then super friendly to me saying “no worries! It happens all the time!” when getting back to me. Eventually, I was told to call the manager & he was kind and issued me the refund. But Ladies, there is (usually) a hold button!
This place gave me the worst food poisoning in my life, if you're going to go to a TSC, PLEASE do not go to this location. Atleast not until they're meeting their companies own food standards. Spoiled fruit gave me food poisoning for a whole week and I puked just about every day of it. Maybe only two workers were wearing their masks too. And I didnt notice at first, My mother also got sick from the pinapple mango smoothie but not as bad as me because she didnt drink it all (she didnt trust it because nobody wore their mask). I felt like I was dying no joke, I couldnt keep even liquids down without puking. I was on the toilet for ages too, I lost so much weight and I was so INSANELY weak. From a SMOOTHIE.This place gave me hell, and I'm a first time customer and last. Just make your smoothies at home and save yourself $7. And this is from someone who worked at Starbucks for years and loved being a barista, I dont know how a juice bar can have no control over their product and employees.

Great smoothies! Some aren't very sweet tasting, but have fewer calories. So there are a lot of choices.
Amazing selection of flavours! But I think they put a little too much ice in the blender, so the smoothies clump up over time. Other than that, I have no complaints!
I love this place.. the kiwi quencher and the blueberry bliss are my 2 top favorite
