Great pizza location. Friendly staff. I wish they'd stop messing up our orders occasionally though. I swear there's always something missing whether it's a sauce, topping,etc. We order here 2 times a week and live literally 50 steps away and still consistently get things missed and have to walk back. What we do get though is always good.
First time I tried it was amazing although a bit greasy. I know pizza is greasy in general but it was quite dripping and I had to pat it down a few times. Although the flaver was spot on good for being the pizza stick slices and it was cheesy with garlic cloves
worst pizza place i’ve been to. food is always cold because they don’t notify you that it’s done until 10 minutes after it’s done. worker cussed us out because we knocked on bathroom door twice. she was in the bathroom for 20 minutes and screamed at us that it was an employee bathroom when it obviously wasn’t. she dropped many f bombs and coworkers defended her for some reason
We ordered from Toppers on a very busy night (Cincy beer fest was going on). They were quick, efficient, and tasty. They delivered right to our hotel, with the option of lobby or room. Very accommodating! Will order again next time we're downtown!
I've ordered pizza here several times in the last 6 months and get what I expect each time. Delivery arrives quicker than most pizza places and the flavors are good.
Told our order would be 45 minutes, currently at an hour and 45 minutes. We had already been charged so called them to see what was going on. Sat on the phone listening to them cook for 45 minutes. Absolutely do not recommend. NEVER RECEIVED PIZZA. Never got a call. Sat on hold for almost 45 minutes. CHARGED FOR PIZZA. Took our order quick, but couldn’t pick up the phone after. Seems sketchy they can take your card information and charge you knowing they didn’t deliver that pizza. Do not even attempt to order from here.
Food is good when you can get but the wait times can be crazy especially on the weekends. They take on to many orders at one time they should stop taking orders till they get caught up because 2.3hr wait till is not Acceptable!!! And trying to get delivery lol don't expect you'll ever get it I've had my delivery drivers tell me that the place is a packed house and and it's a two to three-hour wait. Come on Toppers you can do better than this.
Food was wonderful, per usual. However, this Toppers is definitely not family friendly, we stopped to pick up on our way through town around lunchtime. The music was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think, let alone what the staff was asking you or saying to you, and the music playing had a lot of racial slurs and demeaning and rude lyrics. The bathroom was awful, smelled of urine and just a dirty place in general. I've been to multiple Toppers and this is by far the worst, not at all what I was expecting and extremely disappointed.
I really enjoyed the pizza, the crust was crispy on the outside but still soft and chewy on the inside. Staff was super nice.
My experience there is always nothing less then exceptional. This time around, I was greeted at the door by a wondrous employee who carried me into the restaurant where I was then given my pizza. Not only did it taste scrumptious, but the aroma of the pizza actually allowed me to hover all the way back to my house in west Clifton. In the wise words of Sarah Cameron, I love you topper.
