I was shocked at the portion of food I received for $30.00+ dollars. The sushi was terrific and crunchy. I also ordered hibachi shrimp fried rice. In my opinion, whoever prepared my food should have switched the shrimp and rice in the container. The shrimp should've been placed where the rice was and the larger portion where the shrimp is should have been filled with rice. That just makes sense. The food did taste good, but its practically a kids meal or a snack. I didn't think I should pay for more rice because my food was already so expensive totalling over 30 dollars. The blue indicates where more food should be for $30.00+ dollars.

It was meh. With hibachi you kind of expect some tricks but our chef didn't really put on a show and even messed up the onion volcano. The seating seemed a bit cramped where we were and the restaurant was told to expect a large party but we didn't all have room when we arrived. On the positive side the building has a nice split level design but when we initially requested to move we were told it wasn't well heated.

PSA: DON’T EAT HERE! I was four bites in, and instantly started getting sick. I never complain, nor leave bad reviews. But I want people to know my experience. I’m contacting the health department first thing Monday morning. The food poisoning that I experienced, was worst than when I had Covid-19.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. We were on the road from Alabama to Ontario and stopped for the night near Cincinnati. We wanted to grab a quick bite to eat and doubted between Italian and Japanese. This place had great reviews, so we chose to go for Tokyo Japanese Restaurant. Big mistake ! The place was not clean, the cutlery was not clean and I did not even dare to drink from my glass as it had lipstick from the previous person on it. The food was mediocre at best, but nobody really ate much because we weren't sure the food was prepared in clean circumstances. I would not recommend it, unless you like spending your time on the toilet the entire night.

Tony is one of the best hibachi cooks I have ever came across.. I dont care what show he puts on.. As long as I see him cooking thats the only show needed!!

I went there with my daughter so we could enjoy the half price sushi. It was for dine-in only. We got there about 4:20 and were seated immediately. The server informed us that the half-price deal did not start until 5:00. I said okay, and told her that we would wait and order at 5:00. She said no, we could not do that. So we left. Here's the reason for the review: WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT. If there were other patrons in the restaurant or other people waiting for a table, not allowing us to wait 40 minutes to order would have been reasonable. But not letting us wait when we were the ONLY people there? That was our first and last visit.

Not the flashiest but definitely the best food. Prices are better than other habachi places as well.

Consistently good food. Only complaint is the sushi menu has not added anything new in years. But I still go when I can.

Great food selection and service. Hibachi chicken was cold but, everything else was good.

Food is awesome but not very friendly service unless you're Japanese, I guess? Once at the best was nice but yesterday was very borderline... as if they didn't want our patronage. I may not return.
