Good food, terrible customer service! I ordered Togo as did the people in front of us and they were handed their food. My order was put to the side where there is no indication saying Togo pick up. I stood exactly where the people before us did. The lady who saw the order was ready and saw me standing there just looked at me and continued to cut tomatoes. I probably stood there for 10 minutes wondering if that was my order. Of course the lady saw me grab it and said nothing. Very frustrating.

Terrible service. Ordered to go. Waited 10 minutes before they even began to cook. I was the only customer. Employees (3) stood around on their phones doing nothing. Finally received my sandwich. Got home (10 min), couldn't eat the cheese. All the top ingredients were completely stuck to the greasy foil. Will never suggest to others. Will be against if asked. Garbage restaurant.
Huge portions. Tender meat. Friendly staff. They have their own hot sauce you can buy there. I love the gyro and onion rings and Greek salad. Husband loves chicken shawarma fries. Reasonable prices. Limited seating. Support local business!
Staff wasn’t friendly upon arrival. We waited to be greeted until my boyfriend had to tell the workers we wanted to place an order. After that it’s can tell he was talking about us and truthfully i think they purposely burned our food or the food was trash.. wasn’t even edible the lamb was so hard.. i the wAnna know why? Is it because we came close to closing? I wont be returning
We love having a beer at Jungle Jim's and being able to grab some great food at Tikka grill at the same time. My husband gets the gyro and I get the "hands down" best chicken teriyaki around. The owner Zane is the best too! Go! You won't regret it ??

Tikka Grill has two locations. I’ve only been to this one. Best falafel around. Pita bread is just the right mix of soft and fluffy. All of their sandwiches are excellent. Particular raves for the spicy chicken. If you’re vegan, yes they do offer a vegan falafel. Schwarma fries are a must. Get the large. Trust me, you’ll want more if you go smaller. Dinner for two will run less than $25, so for the economical looking for great food, Tikka Grill is your best bet. The setting can’t be beat either, as they are literally about five steps away from Jungle Jim’s tasting bar. They have a counter to eat at, or you can take your food to one of the tables around the bar. The owner will do everything he can to make sure you come back. He remembers regulars’ orders and does his best to make everyone feel welcome. Check this place out! It’s so good!!!
We have been coming here when at Jungle Jim’s Eastgate for the last 3 years. Their food is always great and worth the trip. Gyros are good, but the Chicken Shawarma is the best in all of Cincinnati… probably the best in the Midwest!
Tikka Grill makes the best anthethic gyros i ever eat! I am from Pakistan and i loved all the spicy stuff in my gyro. Must try.
