The team at The Phoenix is simply outstanding. The Phoenix was quick to answer questions and give helpful suggestions, too. Our dessert vendor for our wedding mixed up dates and at the last minute was unable to deliver all our hand selected desserts. The Phoenix team jumped into action and pulled some of the most delicious desserts from their own supply for our guests. I’d love to get married all over again just to do it a The Phoenix.
We had such a fantastic experience with The Phoenix. From the historic and beautiful building to the smallest details - The Phoenix staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Our guests were raving about the food and bar options. I don't think anyone wanted to leave at the end of the night! I could not recommend more!
Lindsay and Shay took good care of us, and were friendly, patient, and professional. Honestly, so was everyone else - I didn't get everyone's name, but anyone working 2/2/22 was a consummate professional and is worthy of recognition. Give them a raise or risk losing them. No complaints whatsoever.

We had catering from The Phoenix for our reception at Mojave East. We worked with Lilly beforehand and she was great. She helped us with all our questions along the way and was very responsive. The staff during the event were all friendly and professional. The food was excellent. We had an Italian buffet style meal and so many guests complimented the mushroom ravioli. I'd definitely recommend The Phoenix for event catering.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Phoenix, from start to finish. To us, the professionalism and organization was just as important as the food! Our initial tasting with our families was in a truly gorgeous setting, and the food was fantastic. Lilly was so accommodating, making modifications to menu items to suit our tastes. She guided us through the process of selecting glassware/flatware/plates, etc as well, giving us an itemized list of everything needed. She was there for meetings with our wedding planner and venue weeks before the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. The day of the wedding, she was quietly orchestrating all the pieces of the catering puzzle and making sure everything went according to plan. There was one hiccup where we had paid for 4 bartenders and one bartender was unable to make it. She made it right and quickly reimbursed us for this without a question. Maybe my favorite thing she did though, was when our food came to our table, we had been making rounds to say hello to our guests and were stuck in some long conversations-- Lilly came over to let us know it was time to eat :). We were SO appreciative of her making sure we got to eat while our food was hot on our wedding day! Lilly truly went above and beyond in every respect. I cannot recommend her as a professional more highly! and DID I MENTION THE FOOD?!?!? Oh my goodness. It was to die for. I had the salmon and it was absolutely perfectly cooked, with delicious yukon gold potatoes and asparagus. My partner had the chicken and absolutely loved it. Many guests came up to me during the reception to rave about the seasonal vegetable risotto as well! Overall, we would book Phoenix again and again. If you're looking for a caterer for a special event, look no further than Phoenix and Lilly!
Very beautiful entrance food was good attending a wedding little slow in between courses .
I realize that this is an old building, but there are some structural things that could be fixed while keeping the old style feel to the building. A better parking area would also be nice. The parking garage next to the building has no lights in the stairwell and also smells like urine.
