My son is a student @ Xavier .. we always make time, whenever I’m in town to visit from Philly, for breakfast @ Echo!! Good down home breakfast.. consistent food, & friendly attentive service!! He graduates this coming May and this will be a stop we will definitely miss and always remember! We’ll enjoy one more time before we leave town after graduation ( no matter how long the line is )!! Thanks Echo!

My family and I came here before the pandemic and it was all good. Just recently, we came back and were looking forward to a good meal. Unfortunately, it turned out to be very different:1. Several tables that were sat after us, they were served before us, so we asked.2. We were told the kitchen had lost our ticket.3. They brought out my plate, then 5 minutes later, they brought my mother's.4. My mother, who has cooked for over 50 years, complained that her eggs weren't cooked the way she asked.5. The manager came to talk to us and used the excuse that they had been slammed with tables. Well, they're always busy, so yes, that was just an excuse, and my mother keeps talking about that.6. My mother and I both agreed that with the poor service and her meal, our entire ticket should have been taken care of, and we don't complain unless it's warranted.7. The manager took care of hers, but still charged for mine.8. The cashier asked how it was, and my mother said "pretty bad". The cashier said she would get the manager, but we said that we had already talked to him. She was shocked.9. Most likely won't be back. Not everyone will have the same bad experience, but unfortunately we did :(

Friendly and fast service. A bit of a wait to get seated but it was worth it. The home fries and waffles were my favorite.

This place was packed! Of course it’s to be expected on a Saturday before 12, but wow! I am from Cleveland, here on business, and I always try to support local businesses. Made me smile to see them so busy! I placed a carry out since they were so busy and this younger guy was so helpful! Kept checking on me and got me my burrito quickly! Absolutely amazing! Thanks for the great experience!

Wonderful diner. Exceptional breakfast sandwich with goetta, bacon or sausage. My daughter wolfs down their hotcakes. Wife loves their waffles. I've been known to get a burger or BLT and they are wonderful. Service has always been great. This is the type of diner where you are likely to run into police officers and doctors because everyone loves it. It gets busy on the weekends and there can be lines.

I've eaten here about a dozen times and have never had a bad thing to say. The food is excellent, the staff are friendly and there's never a wait.I came here on mother's day where the line was out the door, and we were still seated within 15 minutes. It is a well-oiled machine, but you still feel like they care about your experience.I highly recommend the "Hot Mess". DELICIOUS!

We went for brunch on a sunday morning and it was busy! We didn't have to wait long and it was worth the wait. We both ordered the Hot mess and boy was it tasty! It came with a side of toast or a biscuit, and the biscuit is homemade! The only downside is you can't get a mimosa or cocktail until after 11AM on Sunday. Highly recommend!

Solid breakfast and service. Was blessed to have an incredible conversation with the people at the counter. Spots like this are becoming less and less. Definitely a staple to keep visiting.

Amazing breakfast food, the biscuits and gravy is a must! We had the best server, Fran. She gave me a sample of some thing I have never heard of before that is originated in Ohio: “Goetta”. Delicious! Will come back if I ever come back to Cincinnati.

If you’re talking about top tier breakfast spots, then Echo is easily top 3. The food is amazing, service impeccable, and the biscuits and gravy may have you questioning what have you been doing with your life. The food is always fresh and comes out quick, despite coming during the breakfast rush. Must try!
