Ordered curbside pickup and my husband sat in the parking lot for a hour waiting for our food.. even though we selected online that we had arrived and he was parked right in front of the door. But because he wasn't parked on the curbside parking and "they didn't see him in their cameras" our food sat. He ended up going inside and there was no offer to get fresh food. We've ordered once before curbside and they came out looking for us even if we didn't park in curbside.Our food it was absolutely disgusting, super watery from moisture of it sitting. They forgot things that we put on the order and was told that the only thing they could do is give us a gift card to come back.. overall horrible experience and don't recommend this location at all.
We were waiting and waiting to be seated for lunch. My grandlady, daughter n law and myself. An hour into waiting (The restaurant visually empty) we were told another 15 mins. So we left and went to a steakhouse close by... there loss not mine
I WOULD give 0 stars if I could. Was served BURNT boneless wings. They tried to mask it with the Jack D. whiskey sauce we ordered on them - nice try!We wondered why the parking lot was so empty. We got our answer!
Terrible service, Terrible attitudes and definitely not worth your time or money! We waited for 15 minutes at our table without even being acknowledged and had to finally ask for someone to help us.A waitress came near our table instead of to our table and then yelled out "Y'all know what you want to drink?" Then a few minutes later a waiter came to the table to take our order and he couldn't seem to get it right.His eyes were glazed over and he could barely speak loud enough for us to hear.At that point we got up and walked out,nobody should have to deal with that type of aggravation when trying to have a nice Sunday meal.
We had great service, our server Sarah worked get butt off for 15 people. Our good was good and I'm so glad her coworkers helped her. We'll be back.
Waitress was beyond rude. Food was gross. Nobody in the back wears mask. Asked manager about policy for employees hair. Literally watched someone’s hair hang into a Togo plate because it was sooo long. The manager said the hair has to be above the shoulders yet everyone’shair was past the shoulders except the managers. Can’t really tell who’s work because so many people are not in uniform t shirt. Waitress took 30 min to come to our table to order our food….
Awful. We sat at the bar. Took 5 minutes before they acknowledged us and then another 10 to get a menu. We received our drinks and then ordered. Took 45 minutes to get our food and they weren't even busy. Got the Salmon rib combo. Both were dry. The bartender that got us our drinks never came back and checked on us in the 2 hours we were there and then sat down at the bar for her break eating wings in front of us! They used to be good
The whiskey glazed wings and ribs were delicious. I recommend getting them. CJ was great.I didn't like my bleu cheese warm when it was brought out, probably out under the warmer light.
Stopped for dinner on our way home from a small family vacation. Our service was prompt and everything came as ordered. Had a great experience.
Great food and service. Not every restaurant welcomes 5 kids and a puppy!
