One specific employee was very disrespectful to my friends and I. She kept asking what we wanted as we were away from the counter looking at the menu, was very rude when I asked a question a sauce that I didn’t know automatically came with it. My friend was misgendered several times after being informed many times. Wouldn’t give ranch when it was paid for, etc.
Disappointed again. Twice we have done drive through and as simple as the menu is, they seem to mess something up. The food is decent but when you ask for something like no cheese and it doesn't happen, it sucks but when it happens again you feel less like going back a third time. Simple first world problems in a crazy time around the world. Better to cook from home and be more self reliable on getting things right for you than to poke under paid fast food employees for mistakes. Keep smiling!
Ok for a quick bite, but chicken was super greasy and seemed like the fryer oil needed cleaned or changed.
Food is really good but the people who we're working here tonight don't seem to care if you have all of your food or not. We were missing 2 drinks (which we noticed and asked for before we left, but they questioned thw validity of our claim) and several food items (which we didn't notice till we were all the way home.)In conclusion; I'd go back, but I'd check every single bag and box to make sure my order is correct.
Seems to have gone down hill I used to love the big juicy pieces of chicken but after what I received tonight I don't know if I will be going back. I spent almost 11$ on a 4 piece meal and this is what I received little pieces of dry chicken not worth what I paid for. I'm extremely disappointed ?☹️
Chicken Tenders are always good. I Like to sub out the coleslaw for another piece of bread. That’s a nice option they give ya also. Employees are friendly.Only complaint? It’s kinda pricey for a few tenders and a handful of steak fries and bread.
Place is disgusting french fries are always soggy chicken is never crispy and sauce has been watery this is happen multiple times first time I ever ate there though I do have to say everything was perfect ever since then don't know what happened maybe they lost the cook
I've only ever been through the drive thru at this location, but they have the best chicken tenders around. The few times I've had Tender Towne catered I've never been disappointed. I love ChikFilA, and Tender Towne's tenders are very good. They are very tender, moist, soft, and flavorful, though not as tasty as ChikFilA. They have wraps, sandwiches, and just tenders. They have chips which appear to be made in house.What holds down the star count is, as is nearly always the case with fast food, is the service. It's uneven at best, and neglectful at times. I know it's hard for adolescents to take a day food job seriously, but it seems a crime to waste a really good product on poor service. If go back more of the dark cloud of employee indifference weren't hanging over trip.
Wow its been a while still awesome had it grub hubed and loved the steak fries warm and delicious awesome place beats canes hands down
Delicious, especially tenders and fries! People need to understand cost of food has gone up, lack of employees during covid adds to costs. Love this place!
