Love SushiNati. It's not the best sushi I have had in my life but for the price you can't beat it.
This is a great place for sushi if you like the tempura crust. I love that they have custom rolls named after the region. I also really like the Ramen and Udon noodle dishes, but my kids find them a bit spicy. It is a small restaurant and the staff is very friendly. Prices have come down in the past couple years, which makes it more affordable. Overall, we consider this a staple if we are in the area and want sushi.
This is my first time trying sushi here & I had tried calling to place an order but was put on hold for over 30 minutes. After no success to anyone getting back to us, my family and I decided to just place the order online. We went to go pick up our food and paid cash for the entire transaction. After walking around and waiting a little bit longer for our food, we came back in to pick it up. We took our food, thanked them, and went outside to check if everything was there because we live 40 minutes away and didn’t want to miss anything that my family at home ordered. Low and behold, there was something missing and we came back in and asked for the missing item. The hostess came out, handed us our food, and gave us an entire spiel about how next time we place a large order to-go, we should tip her and her hostess staff for their “troubles”. I am a very sensible person so I just let her go on and walked away. Now I know that times are tough and everyone needs a helping hand but I sure as hell will not tip someone who did little to nothing handling my food. If I KNEW for 100% that my tip could go to the men behind the sushi bar making my food or if I was able to hand my tip directly to them, THEN I would’ve tipped easily. However I know in today’s day and age how things work, especially with immigrant workers. Don’t sound so entitled to money when you make a base minimum wage and some people don’t have that privilege. SushiNati, get a better host staff because this one is full of entitled young white girls acting a little too racist for my liking. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone, absolutely DISGUSTING service. Will definitely never return here and will definitely be giving the owners a call.
It was ok. Need better service and more knowledge on menu items. We practically had 4 servers but had to ask for everything, plates, utensils, napkins, soy sauce. In their defense they we're all pretty much training but some things are basic knowledge... Wasn't to busy either.
I've been frequenting this spot on my lunch break for about 3 years now. I get the same thing every time. My waitress, Lora, knows my order by heart but always makes sure to ask if I'd like to switch it up. I have a few times, and she always gives me really great suggestions. She is attentive, and very sweet. I highly suggest the seafood pancake, and my favorite roll is the mango dream. Lora recently told me about another location with a bigger menu, and I'm looking forward to checking it out!
My husband and I LOVE this place. It's for sure always on the list of date night options. The staff is incredible, Lara is most def my favorite! Girl knows my order by heart and what I like to get tipsy on :)
This place was recommended to me and I'm not really into Koran food but this place was great. I like the food and the menu showed pictures which made it easier to pick, I would have gave it 4 Stars cause some of it was burt but the customer service was amazing. Are waiter was super nice, He came over multiple time to check if the food was good and if we needed refills and not to much that it was annoying. That and he even left a little "Thank you!" On the receipt and wished us a good day on are way out. Then he came running out to us after was left a item on are seat. Overall: 6/5 service, 4/5 food
I had my first sushi meal ever and it was delicious! Nice, quiet atmosphere. Clean restaurant with good customer service. We will definitely go again!
Loved the appetizers, we had the fried green beans and fried dumplings. Of course the sushi selection is good and very tasty. My son had the fried rice bowl with chicken and there was enough for the family to share. Look forward to going back again.
The best and freshest sushi in town and service is great!! dont think twice, just go!
