Fabulous food, service and atmosphere. Chef outdid them self with swordfish entree.loved the frito misso and ceasar salad. Just the right amount of dressing and shaved parmesano reggiano. Kia was an exceptional server who made the evening a delight. Wonderful cocktails and conversation with Maggie at the bar. Can’t wait to go back and try more menu items!
Amazing experience! After grabbing drinks on the roof we went down for a bite to eat and the food was wonderful. Our server Cody was incredibly helpful and super accommodating! Outstanding evening and will definitely be back!
Subito is fantastic and a great value! Everything we ate and drank was delicious, the service was wonderful, and the live piano from the hotel lobby was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Our first time to Subito for our anniversary. Our very personable server Gina acknowledged our special occasion and presented us with a complimentary glass of regional wine! She suggested the Brussels sprouts as a starter and they were delicious. We enjoyed the Caesar salad, the salmon (nice large piece perfectly cooked) and the chicken saltimboccs (hubby loved the sauce). Began with a drink at the bar and finished up on the 6th floor outdoor level with an espresso martini and live Thursday night music. What a perfect spot for a special occasion!
