My family recently purchased a half a side of beef. We are all very disappointed. Worst beef ever.. we will never go back.
Great meat market. The jalapeño cheddar sausages are to die for . Steaks pork and chicken looked very fresh as well.

Do not waste your money, their sides of beef, and pork are not high quality. All of our beef is 2/3 fat. I grill steaks and have a 3 alarm fire on my grill there is so much fat. There are other bulk proccesers out there that sell high quality grain fed beef, Fairs meat proccesing in Wiliamstown has grain fed beef call them you wont be sorry.

Today I paid $50 for a ribeye I asked to be 1.5 thick for my birthday. I got I guess an average of 1.5 inches across the whole steak. 3 inches at one side, 1 inch at the other. Just kinda disappointed. Who wants to cook a steak that isn’t the same size throughout?
Wow, a real meat market. What a treat to shop where they still cut meat. I haven't been a round steak in years but they had them here! Homemade sausages, goetta, German potato salad.......it's all here.
