I love that they reopened S n S!! The food here was prepared as ordered, but had to wait 14 mins from time of order to when received. AND they forgot pickles that were ordered on side. That is what cost a star. ..The upsides usually outweigh the bad here.. employees friendly and efficient!!

I loved my milkshake but my friends milkshake wasn't really that tasty, she had just an vanilla milkshake and it tasted like multiple different flavors I guess because their milkshake machine doesn't get cleaned well
They charged my card, and yet I did not get my food. They said they never received my order. Then say it will take 2-3 days refund. They never answer the phone Its ridiculous the worst location ever and I never plan to eat here again. An absolute waste of time, money and energy. Im glad they are going out of business.
completely messed up our order and the soda machine didnt work. waiting 30 minutes for food none of us even ordered. a waste of time, please just go somewhere else.
I've been to a lot of Steak 'n Shakes in a lot of states, and especially across Ohio. This is the best Steak 'n Shake I've personally been to.The general manager was incredibly nice to us and seemingly her employees too (which is a genuine plus). She was talkative and funny, and very helpful.The staff were all very nice to us as well. Some of the best I've interacted with, even outside of a fast food setting.The food itself was above average. Which is good to see as it seems like a lot of Steak 'n Shakes are falling off on that front.I am certainly going to come back here. Can't wait until their dining room opens back up! ;)
Terrible! Steak and Shake should have stayed closed down. Period! Food was cold and dry! The customer service is horrible and not worth the 50 minute wait time to get cold food handed to you out a window. People just don’t care how they prepare your food, they just want your money. Management get your crew and your menu better.
They have not had shakes available for over a week! When a menu item is in the name you need to have it. That’s borderline false advertising. They could have at least put a sign out front so you know before you waste your lunch hour sitting in the drive through.
I introduced my kids to this place and they loved it, mostly for the shakes of course! However, I took them today and they were out of almost everything (drink options) and the shake machine was broke. ? disappointed.
I ordered a curbside pickup, tried to call the store 3 times to let them know that I was there, and received no answer. I got in the drive-thru line at 6:35pm; didn't leave until 7:27pm. I got to the window, the lady gave me my food, and it was ice cold. I waited at the window to ask for either a refund or a remake, but for 8 minutes, no one ever came to the window. You can't call the store to complain, nor can you call corporate. All you can do is submit feedback, while wondering if someone will actually get back to you. Worst drive-thru experience that I've ever had in my life. I completely understand being short-staffed, I do. I work at a quick service restaurant myself. But there was absolutely no reason that it should've taken that long. There was no consideration for the customer. I would rather drive to Eastgate or Florence than to ever return to this location again.
