Baristas are friendly, but service is SLOW. Waited 20 minutes for one drink with just two other people in line, and this is a consistent issue here. I used to work for the company, and it seems baristas are not being trained to work on more than one drink at a time. As I said, the baristas are super and the drinks have always been made correctly, but it’s not efficient.

They kicked out me and my service dog. They assumed my service dog was a pet and the manager got into my personal space, inturrupted me in the middle of ordering and told me "dogs aren't allowed you have to go outside we will take your order to you" but... That's against the law. As an ex-barista, PLEASE teach your sbux partners to ASK if that is a service dog, you are legally allowed to ask this and ask what tasks your SD is trained to perform. I was too anxious to tell the man so I told the barista who delivered me my drink. It puts us in a bad position, don't assume I don't have disabilities just because I don't look it. Also, my dog wasn't disrupting or inappropriate at any point, she stayed heeled at my side and was quiet. No reason to assume my SD was a pet. This can get yall in big trouble so please just learn the law, it's not my responsibility to recite the law when my disorder makes that difficult.

Ordered online and one of my cups was EMPTY and said ‘N/A’, whatever that means?? Were you out of Java chip frap? If not, why not give me something close, like mocha cookie crumble?? I would much rather have gotten that then an EMPTY CUP. I needed coffee and now, I have to either do a whole new order (which I’m not, I had free delivery on the original that I can’t get now) or just go without coffee for my eight hour work day. Thanks a lot y’all! Only two stars because every other order was okay, but I feel like an empty cup is a pretty big thing. Unacceptable.

The morning shift have my empathy. They are slammed with people.and they all stay pleasant. The afternoon shift made my order wrong 2-3 times. I don't create impossibly long lists of things and my order was still incorrect. I hope that it gets better. For now, I stick with the day shift

Got to have the fresh coffee every morning. Sometimes it's worth the price other times not. Sadly depends on who's working there that day and what kind of mood their in, never know if it's going to taste right or another messed up version of what is supposed to be.

Love Starbucks one of my favorite places. I get the same items Everytime. Caramel frappachino slice of lemon cake or dragon fruit refresher made with lemonade slice of banana nut bread. They need to bring back the fruit and cheese protein box

Like honestly this review is for corporate Starbucks. I get there are supply chain issues but this is ridiculous 3 drinks 3 we are out of it….Also it took 17 minutes to get my 2 drinks…. And no it was not super busy. Ten minutes I understand but 17 is not okay. To be clear the staff was kind but this experience sucked.

Ordered via Mobile Ordering. Fairly busy when I was there but the location had staff to handle the load. My wait for breakfast was not long. Nice clean location.

The baristas were awesome but the store itself was soulless and stark. Clean, good coffee, but depressing.

The place was tidy inside and it's a cozy place to do some work or catch up with an old friend. Since I'm not much of a coffee drinker, I found the cashier to be EXTREMELY helpful to me. My reasoning for the 3 stars is the length of time I had to wait for my order. I can only speculate that the long wait time may have been due to the number of online orders.
