Placed a mobile order for a 2 iced venti drinks & instead received grandes because they ran out of venti cups. This should’ve been a notification in the mobile app venti drink sizes weren’t available. The barista who knows my name & face could’ve told me while I was waiting but thought I was going to accept grandes for compensation for venti drinks. I should’ve gotten 2 iced grandes for each drink to compensate for them not having ventis. Needless to say, the quality & sense of urgency of Starbucks & its baristas went down drastically ??
It's my birthday. I ordered coffee from the Uber app and instead of calling me or suggesting the driver do so they gave me an empty cup because they didn't have coconut milk. The note on the empty cup says "We are out of coconut milk ☹️ We are so sorry! Please contact Uber support for a refund ❤️ 580 Starbucks"Almond milk works too you know but hey at least I got my other order which is an unmarked (meaning the old label still marked coconut milk) unknown milk frapp. They didn't even label what they put in the drink. So I ended up paying more for less anyway because that refund doesn't cover the whole thing.

I just so happened to be around the way and I wanted to look in and see ? what was happen, before I did my thing. Now, I found my self in the wrong neck ? of the woods, but I wanted share my experience where I might be going okay. As far I could see ? inside, it all looked clear and the customers are happy ? and calm as if nothing going to happen, so that's the place for me you see. I'm not into violence just survival my environment, like Mr. Magic said " POP OR BE POP , KILL OR BE KILLED, ? OR DROP BE DROPPED ", do what you have 2, so I did it, now .. as was saying, Starbucks is very fine establishment and has plenty to offer to your average customer like me, my phycotherpist and I had very intellectual conversation over Google meet via Starbucks WiFi service network, just sit outside and Link ? up and you can talk and travel the planet for free. Well... It's time to get off my soap box ? and head ?️ down the alley towards Kroger's, be supper time in a few and I need some fiber in my diet so say the doctor ??⚕️,heard gun ? shots but nothing to worried about, being a ghost ? weapons don't work, it's like walking through rain ?️ ? drops, like i said it's good news ?️, but maybe not for you. Service is slow and strange people step in every now and then (well managed by security, thanks for this good point)
The employees here are all very friendly and coffee is made quickly. They make the BEST white chocolate mocha (hot and cold) out of ANY Starbucks!! Thank you guys for helping me get through my work day!
This Starbucks is fantastic!! The girls behind the counter were super friendly and make fantastic drinks, even when there are lots of people. They're absolute rockstars!

The people there are nice there are friendly to customers that come there to get coffee all kinds of stuff they look like they are having fun what they do there they work as a team like a family too just want to say that to the Starbucks store thanks for severe there downtown Cincinnati please look at my post please thank you so much they sever five stars
