Drinks were okay. Service was awful, awful, awful!4 people behind the counter and only one customer in front of me and it still took 30 minutes to get a flat white.Stop the gossip and chitchat and get to work!
I've stopped here often stopped yesterday got a cookie crumble Frappuccino it looked good but tasted like it was watered down ,past few times its tasted awful seemed to me like if you don't give a tip they give you watered down drinks and this isn't the only Starbucks they all seem to be watering down drinks not worth the 5.95 it cost anymore
So I go to Starbucks at 6:00-ish to get ready for my 10 hour drive on a trip and I order a coffee, 2 cake pops and a tomato mozzarella sandwich. I open the cake pops and there is a hair that doesn't match anyone in the car, small mistake, it's fine. but then I go to eat my tomato mozz and there's a price of plastic in it, like full on wrapper of something. I get the hair, since I don't think the location wears anything to cover their hair, but a full chunk of wrapper from something idek whats in it?? Do better, I just wanted Starbucks for the drive
I decided to use the Order Ahead service on the app but was unaware I had done so to the WRONG Starbucks. After going twice to the wrong Starbucks I found my order which had been waiting on my arrival 20 + minutes. Acknowledging my mistake and apologizing to the baristas did they without hesitation remade my order. Thank u.
This location seems to be hit or miss when I'm in the area these days. The drive through has been taking extra time to get through which in and of its isn't necessarily unexpected at times with potential new hires or normal hiccups but getting my much needed large white chocolate mocha latte after the long wait only to have it about half full was not a pleasant experience. They are too expensive for that nonsense for sure.
So here we go store #2. I cannot tell you how many times they have screwed up my order and my daughters order. This past time I ordered a grande peppermint mocha that was watered down. The guy that answered said to come back I told him specifically I had a nursing exam to go to, but he didn't get it. I am so DONE WITH STARBUCKS. I want my money back! Retrain your employees on how to make coffee and good customer service.
In a line of 8 cars before me and learned they are out of hot sandwiches and most protein boxes.I am forced to wait in a long line...very unhappy with Starbucks. Will go elsewhere in the future.
Good place but, the evenings have been closing early so call before u waste timd driving there.
Great location. Service is quick. Hours stink, but that's a staffing issue that most companies are having now a date.
It’s the second time that they have closed early without ever letting us know. So we had to wait so long just for them to say that they’re closed. Online it says they close at 8:30pm. It’s literally is 2pm. So rude to not let us know before we wait in line and can’t leave without having to wait.
