How do I start off I always have a very beautiful experience every time I go but there always one person who always make me feel the most welcome no matter what experience they are having in the moment barista named Trinity she is always the most helpful and understanding she makes me always want to come to that Starbucks. There whole staffing is really great and welcoming .But give that girl a promotion!!!!!!!!!!!!
So where do I start, I always ask for Venti White Chocolate Mocha. It comes with 5 pumps of white mocha and I have them add 1 pump vanilla and 2 pumps caramel and made with all breve. Literally almost every single time they would ALWAYS leave the white Chocolate mocha out and only put the vanilla and caramel in then finally after them messing up my drink this way so many times and needing them to remake it, I noticed the white chocolate mocha sauce wasn't listed on the sticker on the cup. Only the vanilla and caramel is listed on the sticker. So I then start asking for them to put the white mocha listed on the sticker , so they finally start to get it right after I request this. So after a few weeks I place the same order requesting the white mocha be listed on sticker and this man cuts on at the drive through and got really sarcastic stating mam I watch every single time they make the white mocha , I ask could you please just humor me an place it on the sticker, he Literally refused to do so. Then continued to get sarcastic with me. So Literally if I don't ask for it I only get 1 pump of vanilla and 2 pumps of caramel for a Venti (large). But then when I'm more specific this guy acts like I'm asking for to much and gets nasty verbally with me. It's literally a White Chocolate Mocha why wouldn't I want the white mocha? It wouldn't be a white chocolate mocha latte without it. Goodness this guy even stated he was a manager. Goodness if you can't train your employees to do their job correctly and when If a customer gets specific due to their drink that cost $7.45 getting messed up almost every single time, them maybe not work in that line of business. Maybe if my latte was done right each time I wouldn't have to make very specific instructions, What is so hard about pressing a button to list white mocha on the sticker, I really doubt I'm asking for too much. DO YOUR JOB!!!
Found a nice lil “surprise” at the end of my drink yesterday????…just when it was getting good?…. I think it’s a piece of fruit, however, I didn’t ask for it?didn’t know vanilla cream cold brew had new ingredients??♀️…. Got to be more careful ?
Line was forever long and wasn’t moving. So I went inside and ordered and it was fast! I feel bad for them. They only had 3 works working hard! You could tell they were burnt out but the girl who took my order had the best attitude and knew exactly what I meant when I told her my order. She was very kind. Drinks & breakfast sandwiches came out yummy!
My family and I have been eating in this restaurant for 30 years. While the building and atmosphere has been upgraded several times during that time their menu remains great, food is delicious and the service is awesome
We had an enjoyable stop on Christmas Eve. They had the indoor store close due to short staff.. some people were just NOT okay with this, but we were thankful to get our coffee before more family fun and adventures in the city. Thanks for being open and awesome service. Merry Christmas!
My favorite location near me! Cindy is a delight in the drive through and Esther is always so polite and friendly! The entire team is wonderful!! (Sometimes it's hard to catch everyone's names, but I mean it when I say they are ALL wonderful :) )
Since the order taker didn't ask for my name at the counter the person who served it had to announce the name of the beverage instead of my name. She apologized unnecessarily but it made a good impression and I was quite pleased by it
Ordered a grande latte with cold foam. Came out as a tall drink with no cold foam. Would have paid for a tall drink with no cold foam if I knew that’s what I would be getting. If the problem is availability, it would be nice to be told so.
This place has gotten so bad! Employees dont seem like they want to be there.they always mess my drink order up. Sick of it
