All the workers were staring at me and my friend, judging us and laughing at us. Rushed us and made our order wrong.
I was SO upset with my experience at this location today and feel completely taken advantage of. I ordered two drinks, a cold brew and I wanted an ice water with the added fruit for $0.50. I repeated myself SEVERAL times that is was just an ice water and when I got to the window they rang it up a Tea. I told them again this is wrong. I don't want any syrups or anything else JUST WATER AND FRUIT. They proceed to tell me they fixed it and then asked for my card. Once receiving the bill they actually didn't fix it at all and lied to me and charged me almost $4 for this water! I was so mad because they even told me they fixed it and charged me anyway. I was so furious and was afraid I would explode if I turned back around so I left extremely upset with the service here.
Very friendly baristas and very quick! Never have to wait long for my order and I'm always greeted with a smile!
The best starbucks in town! The line was a bit long, but totally worth the wait! My barista, Kylee, was very friendly and helpful!
I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and paid for extra whipped cream, caramel and crunchies on the side. The man seemed confused and put the whipped cream and caramel crunchies in two separate cups. Then also put the extra whipped cream in the drink where I didn't want it. It causesld less of the drink mixture. I am not sure if he was new or not?
This place is always packed but the staff does a great job with everyone's special orders
Good store. The lot it's on is a POS, way too small for the volume of customers.
Very nice and engaging staff. I've never had any problems here. Drive thru and restaurant is always clean and we'll maintained.
This location doesn’t have a long wait time but the people here hate their jobs and will take it out on you. They have an attitude and I asked if I could use my points on my drink and the guy said sure but then took it out of my balance instead?? Not sure if it’s because my drink had a couple modifications or they were having a bad day or what. I’d recommend another location.
