I am so sad they keep closing this location early or on days they usually are open. I know workers are in short supply but the company should decide on a shorter day or dedicated days they will be closed across the board and post the times and days on google, or their website so its not a game of roulette. there have been 5 times at random i have gone to this location only to find a sign outside that says sorry we are closed due to no staff. It would be great to have known so i didn't waist the time and GAS to drive over.
The longest wait time ever. Literally everyone who pulled up to the window waited a good 10 or 15 minutes for their order to even be brought to them. That was my second time there and it happened both times.
Ordered, mobile. Smooth transaction, polite barista, quick drive through. Awesome coffee!
We've stopped by twice in the past week. Both times they've been out of peppermint and the syrup for the crime brulée, and can't make their holiday drinks. I asked when they would have them back in. The girl gave me an apathetic look, and shrugged. They're also out of cookie crumbles, and couldn't make the Frappuccino. They didn't tell me this until they gave me the drink. I asked what this was if they were all out of mocha cookie crumbles. They told me they had substituted the Java chip frappuccino instead. Why, thank you for making the decision for me. The way it's supposed to work is you tell me when I place my order that you are all out of an ingredient, and ask me what I want instead. Do they even understand the repercussions of what they did? What if I was allergic to something in the drink they took it upon themselves to substitute without my consent? When I complained, they lied to me, and told me the java chip was the base of the mocha cookie crumble. No, it's not.All of the above ruined my experience for this particular Starbucks. That and we arrived and placed our order at 9:50. When it still wasn't ready at 10:05, I asked for the status. They then acted confused, and asked what I had ordered. I repeated my order. It took them another 5 minutes to make it. I asked what the hold-up was, and they lied again, and said there were a bunch of mobile orders that came in that preceded mine. If that's true, why did I have to ask for the status, and repeat my order to you? Shouldn't you have a record of it, and be able to tell me where I am in the drink queue? My family and I did not feel welcome here.
Quick and efficient as we were walkins and ordered there. The cashier was knowledgeable and knew how to reload my Starbucks card, which is rare in the stores right now.
Ordered a tomato and motz panini .. even the sleeve it came in says Tom and Motz but it has lots of chicken chunks in it. I ate almost a third before I realized. I haven’t eaten meat in years. This in unacceptable.
Service was a bit slow today as I believe they were training a new employee. The coffee was good though.
I use to love this location. Not so much anymore. The drove through has become one of the slowest in the area. Do yourself a favor and just go to a small local coffee shop. You spend less time there even walking in than sitting in this drive through that is never staffed appropriately and leave you feeling ripped off by the price. COVID really ruined most of the Starbucks in the area. No staff no supplies and no customer service anymore.
Great staff, always friendly. Expect a wait, it’s a busy location.
Unfortunately this is the closest coffee place that I live and work by. They are extremely inconsistent with their drinks. I can order the same thing three times in a week and each time it will be different. The drinks are also almost always made incorrectly. This location used to be the best!
