I was having a bad day and was in the middle of moving so I drove up to the drive thru. I ordered my pike and fav banana bread and when they asked for payment, my wallet wasn’t in my purse. Panic hit me already having the worse day! The friendly girl at the window said don’t worry about it here ya go! I wish I had gotten her name! That act of kindness changed my mood entirely! Thank you Starbucks ☕️?
More of a praise than a review: Went this morning while another location was closed and they were SLAMMED! Every employee was going full speed and they were churning out orders at incredible speed. We had to wait longer than normal (no big deal) so I asked if I could get a pastry for my toddler so he’d be more amicable and the employee personally ran to grab it for me so he wouldn’t have to wait for it. Excellent service this morning during an extra stressful day for them.
Went through the drive thru and they charged me for the wrong order, asked me to pay for my original order so I asked if I was charged for the other. They didn’t directly answer me and instead said “it’s okay don’t worry about it!” And sent me on my way. Then I check my bank account to see that I was charged 15 dollars when I got a 4 dollar drink. So that’s dope. The girl had no idea what she was doing and the guy was rude. I never, ever make bad reviews but they certainly get one.
Fast service and kind employees. Live my refreshers I get from here.
Love it. My only complaint is the prices for all these coffee places.
The dirtiest Starbucks I've been to, employees were nice but I was honestly grossed out after being inside.
Good coffee but seemed to take a long time to get our order. We went in.. probably would have been faster to do the drive thru.
I order my frappuccino without whipped cream. Always have and never had an issue with the amount of drink I'm given. Today I ordered my usual plus a frappuccino with light whip for my daughter. They were both about 2/3 full when handed to me so I asked why and was told it was probably because of the no whip/light whop request. When I said that's never happened before with those same requests I was met with a blank stare. The drinks are expensive enough without this nonsense.
They are always friendly here, sometimes they don't quite get your order right when you go to the drive thru but they always get it right when you do your order on the app!I mean, I get it when there's a line and they're trying to move quickly, so sometimes the order tastes wrong (when you order your usual you taste the differences) but when you are patient and they have time to prepare your customized order, they always turn out perfect.
This Starbucks always gets it right and there friendly BUT there parking lot and order system is horrible. The parking lot is small yes, but it’s Dangerous. They have someone outside taking orders but starting at before the speaker. You can fit max 3 cars in the drive through before the intersection on the main road is backed up and people are coming in at weird/different angles. It’s just dangerous and they have to see that!
