The store on Eastgate Drive North is by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever went to. It’s such a nice feeling to be welcomed by my name. They are very professional and the customer service is amazing. The manager, Gemma, is such a good person. Her kindness and ability to lead can be seen in every employee! I’ll be back soon!
First bad experience here, the thicker brunette was rude and told me they can't wash their hands every time they touch themselves. Eww .. basic hand washing out the door I guess. Had them to remake the drink because the guy kept touching his nose. Then she said they wouldn't remake the drink cause it was wrong and they already remade it twice.Took a picture of the nose toucher.
The staff at this location on this particular day was outstanding! Each person coming and going was greeted and thanked. They made orders efficiently and quickly even with LARGE mobile orders to make. I saw one employee get up from her break to help a women struggling with the door because she was carrying her child in a carseat. I have had great service at this location every time, but today as I sat and worked I got to witness a great team at work with amazing customer service. Thank you!
I've tried to go there and like it but there isn't one friendly customer service related person working there. No one greets me and if I am standing at the register and all are busy no one says " just one minute and I'll be with you or sorry for your wait" and I'm not talking about a minute or 2, much longer. The focus is mobile and drive through only. Not the person standing right in front of them. I was there last week and vowed, absolutely my last time, I will just do without my favorite coffee. Milford Starbucks is hands down the Very Best and Completely Customer service driven! Not Eastgate.
They can’t hear your from the drive thru, I repeated my order five times, and I went in and told them and ordered and they had to tell me that they couldn’t hear me and basically that I needed to do better. So I made them refund me and reported it. I’m not paying $$$ for a cup of coffee and rude attitude
Their hours are extremely inconsistent. It seems they are closed more often than not. Today they closed at 1pm when they're supposed to be open until 9:30pm. When they are actually open, the staff is friendly and usually coffee is great. However, drive thru is very slow.
Due to someone driving through the front of the store, it is on carry out and drive through only. Some of the staff know me and greet me by name.
I love Starbucks, yet this one obviously has managerial deficiencies. Location was closed two out of the three times I have visited (both visit were between 5-6pm). No surprise that Dunkin’ is opening a location a couple doors down!
They are always quick and efficient they're pleased to serve you and very polite. But they are always so busy the line wraps around the building so when coming here make sure you give yourself a few extra minutes
Very busy employees. They all seem to an excellent job on getting so many drinks and food items out in a decent amount of time!
