I ordered two things from the drive thru.1. A Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino- this was 5 stars!!!!!2. A chicken, cheese, pesto sandwhich on ciabatta. That was horrible! This sandwich sounds better than it tastes?. It was so horrible that I threw it away and ordered McDonald's.? Which wasn't any better. I need to cook my own food??My high rating stems mostly from how delightful the Carmel ribbon crunch was.
They don’t listen to you if you ask for something specific especially the hairy one. It’s best to just order a drink exactly as it comes. They have a TERRIBLE system, you can legit wait for 10-20 minutes for a mediocre drink or a drink not made the way you asked. The actual cafe is pretty nice and well designed. I say drive the extra few minutes and go to Tri County and visit their location they actually listen and have a great turnaround time.
Purchased a mocha latte... They asked if I wanted coffee in it. I said yes I did.. It had a huge amount of whipped cream on it and NO COFFEE AT ALL.
Best Starbucks in the area, everyone that works here just always has a sunny disposition, oh, they are so fast too.
Everyone I have encountered here has been so friendly and patient. They have always gotten my order right and it is on time with a mobile order 90% of the time. I really enjoy going to this store because of the friendly staff.
We sat in line for over 20 minutes. And once you are in line you cant get out, or i would of. The girl who took our order was pleasant and the drinks were good. But they are very very slow.
Ordered my favorite which is Mocha cookie crumble and they overdid it with the whip in the bottom. It was almost half of a cup which made the Frappuccino nasty. Usually it's so chocolaty it almost looks black..
I love this star bucks, the staff I'd always friendly, and the coffee is always fresh, they never get my order wrong, and everything is always served with a smile. The team that runs this location is always quick and efficient as well. I would say the only thing I'm not the biggest fan of is the drive thru/ parking lot. It's not always the cleanest and it's very difficult to park and drive in. But it never has taken away from me wanting to get my coffee there.
The girl in the window was a sweetheart and my scatterbrain self was grateful for the kind interaction
Shop looked fantastic however the service was mediocre (forgot to warm bread and process for checkout was slow) they were nice
