Food is delicious depending on who’s cooking, I guess. Been there twice! We were ecstatic about everything concerning the restaurant, no long wait, food hot and fresh and absolutely delicious. So of course we want to go back. There was no wait again like before but the food was not good. I’m going to try again soon! ❤️

Brunch is offered on Saturdays from 11am-2pm. It is definitely a treat! I like to look around at other plates of food to get an idea of what I will order. It was very difficult to make a selection because everything on the menu looked good! I decided to get the chicken and waffles and my friend ordered the same thing but added a side of fried potatoes and onions. The food came out in a timely manner and it was hot and fresh. The waffle was very flavorful and already had a slight sweetness to it. It was good with just the butter or with syrup. The chicken was fried and seasoned to perfection! The potatoes are amazing! The staff were very friendly and the owners too. The brunch items are very reasonably priced and be prepared because you will take food home! We will definitely be back.
This establishment is very clean & family oriented great place to come for dinner or date. As soon as I walked in I felt a wholesome of love. The food was great I had the chicken meal with Greens (10/10 ? ABSOLUTE HAVE TO TRY TOP 5 OF THE BEST GREENS IVE EVER EATEN) Yams & Mac & cheese I also had their signature drink “Soul Secrets” ? give this place a try. Always happy to support a black owned business.

Food was excellent! Black owned established! My family came in and we had a great time with the staff. Food was amazing. Family runs the restaurant and was brilliant. Decent bar, but could have more options. Laughed with my brother and called him "Cousin Adam" and guarantee better service with critiqueand understanding. Good atmosphere for being casual, fun, and business! Can't wait to see what they do next. Especially considering that they have brunch on the weekends. I know they remember my brother, but hope they remember me as well. They will honestly treat you as family when you sit down. Be yourself and relax to great cooking and serving.
No what to be seated. Didht wait long for my food. The staff was friendly and the food and drinks were delicious. You get your money's worth. I will be back ?
The restaurant was easy to find, the inside was nice and clean, good menu, nice staff and the food tasted great. The catfish was our favorite.
This restaurant is absolutely amazing. The staff is impeccable and very attentive. The food is SOOOO good ! I had the Catfish w/Mac and Cheese and Greens(22.95). The fish is juicy and cooked to perfection. I love the vibes here as well. This would make a perfect lunch date or business meeting spot. Not only is the service great but the restaurant is also very clean! I will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend :)
Went for Brunch this morning! We sat outside as it was cold inside. I love that they had tall bar tables outside given that me and my Honey are tall! We both ordered chicken an waffles. Loved it. Leftovers were great to as I sit and eat them typing this! No pictures of the food but will be back soon! The drinks.. (pictured) I have the 427 and he has the Soul Secret.. baaaby! It was a hit, I’m a lightweight so I was a little tipsy leaving.. I had a sip of his and can say mine was better! Our waiter was nice. I can’t remember her name but she took great care of us. Very sweet and well mannered! Music where outdoor seating is would be nice!
