I would just like to say, Alana, (drive thru) is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet and kind. Her customer service skills are phenomenal.So, while ordering, I accidentally said I wanted a large Coke with cherry. When I got to the window, I realized what I had said. I knocked on the window because I didnt want them to make it and waste it. She walked to the window with a smile. I told her what I accidentally said and apologized to her. She told me there was no need to apologize, not to be sorry and she will take care of it...again with a smile on her face. It's late, after 10:30. I'm sure she has had a long day but she continues to smile and be kind. It's contagious because she made me smile after having a rough day. Keep doing what you are doing, Alana. I appreciate you!
First time at sonic and I can say I was impressed. I look forward to seeing if their food and customer service will stay in good flow.
Second time getting an Oreo Blast that was instead a vanilla ice cream with a couple of Oreo's sprinkled on top. And this time they got the size wrong and when we said it was supposed to be a medium we could hear someone behind the window say, "So he wants a medium when he clearly said a small?" So we are now on our way to buy a pack of Oreo's so I can fix the one they gave me. This never used to happen at this location. I think some retraining is necessary.
Quick service and our order was correct. Would have gave five stars if tator tots were not overcooked ?
My husband's sandwich and our tots were good, but my popcorn chicken was basically the crust fried minus the chicken ??
Worst sonic experience. Food was inedible. Bun was stale and hard as a rock. Cheese wasn't melted, the burger was not fully intacked and was messed with. Had to throw it away. Tots and onion rings were old and seemed off. Couldn't eat the food at all. They initially gave me the wrong food and when I pointed it out they gave me an attitude, like um, I'm just pointing out that you gave me the wrong order. I almost wish I would of kept the old food, maybe it would of been edible. Now I'm at work hungry and my lunch break is over. Thanks Sonic.
Awesome order taker in drive thru. Patient, kind, and repeated my order back to me. Greeted again at the window, asked if I needed drink carrier, and smiled like I wasn’t a bother because they were busy. Foods hot and fresh and the wait wasn’t terrible. Manager today was Britain hanblen. Thank u, we’ll be back to spend another $30-$40 ?
I ordered a oreo milkshakes my girlfriend order a strawberry shake... Why were we finding Reeses and m&ms in it. Clean your machines! People with allergies avoid this place.

Usually pretty good location for food. Not tonight. Cheesy tater tots were terrible. Barely melted cheese on cold tots is not acceptable. Disappointed.
