Update: I have been coming here for 4 years and have to finally update my review. Unfortunately not in a good way. This place still has a great atmosphere, but the service and food were abysmal. The beer list is outdated and overpriced. We arrived to our group last and it still took 15minutes for the server, Karen, to even approach the table. Then another 10minutes to actually bring out 2 beers. The place was below half full and the service was uncharacteristically slow. That is fine, but Karen was unapologetic about the wait, the missed orders, or forgotten sides. She was borderline rude. When the food came out the wraps were tough and tasted old. The chicken in the wrap was barely visible and overcooked and dry. I expect more even for a $12 wrap.Avoid this place like the plague. The view is not worth the aggravation, expense and poor treatment.
I’ve always liked Snow’s and their lake view but was a little worried after seeing some negative reviews. However, our group of 9 had a great experience on a busy Friday at lunchtime. Our waitresses Amanda and Tonya got everyone’s drink order as we arrived and refills as needed. Our orders were taken promptly, our food was very good and arrived quickly with no mistakes. We’ll definitely be back.
I want to start this review by saying the family that owns/operates this restaurant has the most integrity out of any restaurant organization I’ve ever visited. Erik is super down to earth and very service-oriented. The pond is beautiful and the patio is so calm. This restaurant’s stir fry dish is to absolutely die for if that’s your taste. It isn’t missing a drop of flavor.
if I could give this place a zero I so would. the way the cook or whatever he is would bring our food out was like he was trying to play Frisbee with the plate. my bun had pure blood on it. When my friend and I tried to leave the restaurant as in drive off and go home, he quickly ran infront of the car and put his hand up stopping us rudely, and almost got himself hit by running out infront of us asking about HIS coworkers job. first time I've been here and I'm certainly never ever going back as well as my friend. if you want good service I advise you to go somewhere else.WASTE of money, and time. I simply just wanted to have a nice lunch with my friend because I haven't seen her in a long time and this place totally ruined it. they don't have it together! I also would like to mention the serves were literally hanging right next to our table literally breathing over our shoulders while trying to enjoy food! unbelievable!!!!
Terrible service and got sick after eating there. They also do not handle large groups very well
great food and service....I will be back
I waited 10 minutes before I had to personally approach a server to get a drink order.. her name was Kaylynn. She is why I’m giving this 5 star review. I am not from here, this place seems very popular, super packed, and I expected a bit of a wait of course. But, her unbothered and eager approach to help me and take my order was more than enough to turn my attitude around. Amazing food. Amazing service. Amazing people. I will be back!
Great Patio, amazing ambiance and large craft beer selection. Highly recommend.
Typical bar-fare done well. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. This was our first visit but we will be back
Never had a fish log before, so I had to try it. Breading was nice, but the fish was too chewy. That was pretty disappointing because on the plate it looks great. Fries however are a 10/10, and the tarter sauce was great, too. Regarding the service, I was there with a large group, but the waitresses were all very nice and friendly, and the food arrived in a timely manner. Very nice to eat and look out at the lake, too. Solid 4/5.
