There were flies everywhere in everything just disgusting. Never coming back!

there was a line so we wauted a few minutes. no big deal.
I came in and waited for a while. Than they finally got to me and it took a while again. I waited over 20 minutes. Whenever someone with an online order walked in they would put that person as a priority over the people who were waiting in line.I originally let the wait time go because there was a team that came in but once the team left I could hear conversations behind the counter (only 2 people working) and one told the other to call someone in early. The response was “it’s my last day I don’t care.” Very unprofessional with that communication and shifting priorities.
made a pickup order at 9am and show up and they aren't even open..Hours on door are 8am to 9pm. Guess they just mailed it in today. Would like a refund
The service is always fast here. The workers are friendly and the smoothies are great for take out or delivery.

Staff seemed pretty lazy. All were sitting on their phones when we arrived and seemed upset to have to do work. Also was VERY dirty inside, trash cans over flowing. Come on guys, get off the phones and do your work duties! Your product is upper end, can't slack. Smoothie was good.
