Been going here for years. Today showed how to enda customer relationship. Went to drive thru, had anew girl working it. She almost forgot half my foodbut this was corrected. Unfortunately when I gothome I realized they forgot to give me my soda.Oops. No big deal. I'll just call them and get it nexttime or a discount for the amount. Guy.puts me onhold to go get the manager, after almost 10 minutes Ihung up and called back. Manager answers andapologizes, they're busy. Understandable. I tell himthe problem, he asks if I'm coming back. I tell him, nojust give me the drink or the money off next time. Hesays they don't do "credits". Either they mail mesomething or I come back. For a $3 soda. Really.Either I waste $5 a gallon gas or they waste time andmoney mailing me a coupon that they could easilytake care of on my next visit. Lol! Incredible way totreat loyal customers for their mistake. You took mymoney then make me jump through hoops to getwhat I paid for. Oh well, it's only $3 but the negativeexperience will stick with me. It will be a while beforeI return.if at all. There's always canned skyline.
The service is friendly and good. The food quality is fresh ? only wish that they would put more chili on the food. IMO the ratio is off.
Skyline in Reading OH is the best one I’ve been to. Clean, nice and comfy. Great service. Large portions. Smelled really good inside.
After my first visit to Skyline Chili, I can see why this is a Cincinnati staple. The food portions were good and if you're not a fan of Chili, Skyline has plenty of other options. Service was nice, and it was cool to see them ready the meals in the center of the Dining Room. If you're into Family Dining, go stop at Skyline and have yourself a good time.
With the older style arches and architectual flourishes, this skyline is a throw back to my past. The 5 way was up to the skyline standard, service was prompt, and the staff were kind. Very, very good.
I live 3 minute's away from this skyline, went too the drive thru, a nice man took my order which was 14.25 for 4 cheese coney's and an order of fries that were a little over priced i would say, drove home 3 minute's away like i said, the fries were not bad but the cheese coney's were awful, dry, rubber dog's and not worth 2.79 a piece did i mention they were cold as well like had been sitting around, have been going there for long time but really bummed out about how bad they were, i will be making my own chili from now on, i'm sure they wouldnt serve that old cold food to a dine in customer now would they, i think not so beware the drive thru, good bye skyline.
Fast, cheap, and most importantly delicious. Helpful and friendly staff was able to answer any questions I had. You should definitely check it out if you have never been.
Wasn't sure what to expect, being in from our of town (Tennessee), but the signature dish is awesome...would have never thought of combining the two!!
It would of been nice to actually have gotten some chili on my dry chili dogs. Are chili dogs rocket science? Hiring qualifications must of been simply having a pulse.
