Waiter was great, friendly, and easy to joke with. Food came out quick and delicious! We were checked on frequently for refills (we hung out for a bit), and this location is preferable to others in the area (crowd coming in, parking availability).
We come to this skyline all the time for lunch and we have never had a bad experience. Definitely the best skyline on the west side!
Super clean. Everyone there is super nice. I got cheese coneys with extreme cheese. Good, hot, and fast. Can't ask for more.The extreme cheese is mixed here. Not all locations mix it, to me that's a bonus when it's mixed.
Mostly friendly staff, short wait times. One girl was very pushy and bossy running the drive through. Wouldn't let me finish putting my straw in my cup for two seconds before insisting that I take my card back as soon as she opens the window. This was not the girl running the drive through yesterday, this was about a month ago.
Had an issue at the drive thru and Nick reached out to us and made it right. The customer service and integrity at this location is top notch! Thanks for being the best Skyline in town!

Dining in we never have any problems. Tonight we went through the drive thru and half our order was missing/messed up. Plus the girl working the window spilled one of the pops all over my boyfriend.
For my first time in America's ground, I was very happy to try the Cincinnati's famous chilli, and I don't regret it! Good quantity and good service, I keep a nice memories of my stay there!
We live nearby and we love this place! Always great!But I have to ask, "Is there some kind of oyster cracker shortage going on?" I mean I know that there are supply chain issues and inflation and all but come on help a fella out here! The last two times that I stopped by the drive-thru ordering what is obviously food for two: two 5-ways and 2 cheese coneys... When I get home I find only one single lonely pack of oyster crackers which my wife snags! :(And okay I know it's true, I could stand to lose a little weight but holding back on a fellas oyster crackers... that's just uncalled for! LOL!But still you guys are 5-stars in my heart! ;)
