Always delicious. Always great staff and service. Been a family favorite for years and will always continue to be . This has to be the best location I have ever ate at. Portions are bigger. Everything just tastes better. If it's within driving distance....better yet, even if it's not make sure to try the eastgate location
I arrived late through Skyline’s drive through tonight picking up food for me and my boyfriend (we both work in fast food management in nearby locations) after a long dreadful Sunday shift. I was incredibly impressed when I was greeted with amazing hospitality from Tori! She had such a clear voice over the speaker and had an amazing attitude! It’s the little things!! Made me so happy to see such a polite and on task worker! Someone give this girl a raise!
So this is my first impression of this establishment. Great service, the coneys were on point, the Cincy chili on top of spaghetti noodles wasn't our thing but we weren't raised on it so I respect the fact that for many people it's the taste of home here. The staff was friendly, they even refunded us our son's meal because he didn't like the kids version of the chilli noodle dish. We will be back for the coneys for sure!
Spaghetti was green for saint patties day but everything was amazing. Definitely recommend for a quick lunch (they serve the food latest 5 minutes after you order). One of my favorite restaurants.
It was really busy the day we went. We ordered 3 spaghetti dishes. All three were EXTREMELY sloppy and messy. The chili was very watery and tasted very bland due to excessive water. There was dust in the cracker bowls that had to be wiped out before we poured our crackers into them. There was all sorts of stuff in the floors where the tables were wiped off into the floors. The table was wiped down but not exactly clean.
I have been going to this skyline since it opened. It used to be the one n only Skyline you could go to to get great food with great service. But unfortunately that has all changed over the past couple years. The service and food has gone down hill... You want a good skyline to eat at go to the one in milford on 50 or Amelia 125. Service is great and the food is on point at both.
if they mess up your order they expect you to leave your work mid shift to bring back your food so they can re fix their mistake. Or come back with the food another time. When you dont live close by. Also beware they now have changed the bun size and hot dog size to a mini version. Pathetic. No wonder everyone says gold star is better. Better portions and better service. This is only at the eastgate location.
I have grown up near this skyline . Prices have gone way up and portions have gone way down. I see why everyone says gold star is better. Their policy is , if they make your drive thru order wrong you have to bring back the food and receipt. That is fine if you aren't on a 12 hour shift at work. So basically you pay for their mistake. Customer service doesn't exist at the eastgate location. I will just drive the extra 20 min to another location or go to the gold star nearby.
As always, food was good and service was great.
The chili cheese dogs and service are great the parking and the drinks not so much. We had to park across the street because it was so popular and I didn't have a problem with my food however the drinks tasted like they had a weird chalky chemical taste.
