When I live 3min from your store... I should not get home to cold chili??? This is the 3rd time. Wow... Make this the 4th time. Cold chili is horrible! Please fix this
Great food, and special requests handled gracefully (as always). A group of 20 walked in without calling ahead. They were able to seat us close, and took care of the group speedily and cheerily. Nice place, nice folks.

Horrible experience, ordered a 3 way and a 4 way with extreme cheese. I got two 3 ways and no extreme cheese, took them about 10 minutes to even get on the microphone to take the order in the first place. Didn’t get greeted and the lady at the window was rude
This smaller Skyline still has a more classic-looking exterior sign but a fully updated interior. Growing up I frequented with my maternal grandmother. Nowadays my childhood playmate lives nearby and I go with him when I'm in the area.In January of 2005 there were workers here who were talking to each other in Greek. I don't know if they were the founder's sons who still run the company or someone else. But I have researched Skyline's history and know the chain was founded by a Greek immigrant in 1949. So it made sense.

Billy Helton was the worst worker and had terrible customer service and he messed up my order. Also his cheese coney was not as tasty as I thought it would be.
We have Skyline in Central Ohio but there's something about it in Cincinnati. It just tastes better. Stopped by this location on our way through town. Staff were super friendly and responsive to needs. The food...perfect. Piping hot, fresh and had that only in Cincinnati flavor!!! Well done everyone!!P.S. 5 way is the best!!!!!!5 ⭐
SKIP THE FAKE 5-STAR REVIEWS. This place has gone WAY downhill. With how overpriced they are to start with you shouldn't expect experiences as terrible as this. Cheese fires weren't cooked through and were like wet noodles. This happens a lot. Asked for extreme cheese and got regular cheese after saying please make sure it's the extreme cheese twice. Doesn't matter as they were inedible. Right into the trash. Keep in mind these cost $5. The onions in my loaded chili bowl were so hard I had to spit them out like watermelon seeds.. How did you mess onions up? The container that came in was half the size it was last time I went, so someone messed that up too, or they're really gouging harder now. It was a kid sized cup of food for $7. Over $13 for what amounted to prison slop I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes behind two cars. The entire time I could see the manager was talking on her cell phone having a hilarious conversation. There were at least 8 cars behind me. Bless their souls.
Sat in line 30 minutes before close. They took our order and when we got to the window advised they had “lost” our order and were out of food and closing up shop. Extremely unprofessional.
