We were looking for a nice Chinese place on this side of town and unfortunately we are still looking. The sauces were good, the Szechuan beans were very good. The oil for the egg rolls and fried rice was off and the tenderloin was not tender at all.
This place is around my workplace so I decided to get some dinner with the family after work. The owner was very nice and offered some recommendations. The food was excellent. The crab rangoon and egg rolls were delicious, hot and crispy. We tried the Singapore noodles, chicken fried rice, and general Tao’s chicken. Also great! I will definitely be returning to support this restaurant.
Sizzling Wok is back!My wife and I have been eating here for 20 years, even when they were in Eastgate. The food is just as good as they still have the same chef even though Tony moved on. We miss talking to Connie (aka Paula Dean) as she was a hoot. Glad to get back my eggroll and shrimp puff fix.
We have ordered from this place for years. Tonight I ordered two meals and crab Rangoon’s, over $40 for this order. When I got home my Rangoon’s were missing from my order. We called and they apologized and said they would make them. Even asked what was in one of the containers because they thought they were in the bag. When we showed up to get them they claimed we never paid for them and tried to charge us. He was completely rude to us. Why would you question what was in the foam container if we never ordered them? This place is crooks. We’ve been going there for over 20 years and they just lost my business for good. If you make a mistake just make it right.
Best egg rolls in Cincinnati.. great old school Chinese food!! Egg Foo-yung is spot on.. Kung Pow errything is good-ask for extra spicy..extra nuts...
We had the best take out of Moo Shu Beef and Egg Rolls along with Chicken Fried Rice. Plenty of food and terrific service. Covid has hit them hard and am glad to continue to support such a great place.
We ordered the chicken fried rice, egg rolls and orange chicken. The egg rolls are the best I have had in years! The orange chicken was good but a little too rich for my liking. Fried rice was very good! We definitely recommend the store in Anderson and the customer service was excellent.
Best Chinese restaurant ever! I’ve been eating here since I was a child and my mom and I still come all the way from KY now to eat here. We moved away years ago and still make sure we visit a couple times a year! I don’t know how anyone could write a negative review about the place! My family’s favorite Chinese restaurant.Everything on the buffet is amazing.I just bought a gift certificate for my brother so we can go together once the buffet opens back up. Carry out is available until then.
Love this place, have been going since I was a child. Always fresh and hot, a little pricier but worth it for the great food!
