My Hubby ordered a white cake with white icing(buttercream, of course). My favorite color is PURPLE. The numerous ROSES were all in a beautiful PURPLE COLOR with delicate green leaves with a pattern on them!!! In the middle of one PURPLE ROSE was an Orange spot as we are BENGAL FANS!!! IT WAS THE BEST TASTING CAKE WE HAVE EVER HAD AND MADE MY 78TH BIRTHDAY JUST PERFECT!!! THANK YOU SOOOOO VERY MUCH, SERVATII'S BAKERS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. EVERYONE Should order their cakes from them from now on as they are worth the price. Staff is also very friendly and nice with great customer service skills! If you have never tried a white on white cake before, you really need to try Servatii's as they are the best! The writing on the cake was just perfect and very beautiful! They are a very talented group of bakers and decorators!!! THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE BEST EVER BIRTHDAY CAKE.With much affections, Judy

I used to be a resident in Fairfield Ohio but now I live in the Cincinnati area. I have had Servatii’s so many times growing up that I have memories going here. For some reason today I was craving a sandwich and this is the closest one to me. I walk in and I’m helped almost Immediately. I had asked for two eclairs and was talked out of buying them and bought two long John’s instead. Which to me isn’t that big of a deal. But when I walked in the is a sign out front advertising Bavarian pretzel options and a sandwich was on there. I asked the lady over the counter and she said “we don’t make them here you’ll have to order at a different one”....okay very aggravated.
I bought my daughter a birthday cake with white cake and strawberry filling. I was a little shocked at the price because I'm used to buying Kroger cakes. But oh my. This cake was worth every penny. It was the most delicious, most beautiful cake I've ever seen. The decorating on the cake was a piece of artwork. They did a wonderful job!
I and my granddaughter were very disappointed. What we bought was dry which is unusual. I won't go to that Servati's store any more.
