Fantastic from start to finish

I've been to Salazar a few times - for both brunch and dinner - and it has never disappointed. This last evening I went on a date with my boyfriend and it was such a perfect experience. The food was delicious as always! Sometimes food can be d"too fancy" - not filling, all frills, all for show... but Salazar delivers with locally sourced, beautiful food that tastes so so good. We had the appetizer special which was just a simple cantelope salad with yogurt and mint - and it was absolutely stunning! The duck leg and grits remains one of my favorite Cincinnati meals. I asked for a wine pairing with my meal and my sweet, attentive server Molly brought two samples for me to taste from the bar. They go above and beyond to deliver an excellent experience!

Service was great, food was superb. Farm to table menu. Wonderful experience.

I had not been to this restaurant since before the pandemic but my friend and I enjoyed our wonderful food, great service and all around enjoyed a good time. So good to be back and will plan to return

We LOVED this place and are already planning our return. Every time I think about my meal (fried Brussels sprouts + duck leg + andouille sausage + grits), I think I start to salivate. Seriously, do yourself a favor and eat here as soon as possible!

Loved everything!

Dinner was good but not great. I enjoyed the oyster sandwich which I guess is their signature and quite good. The bone marrow butter and bread was also very nice. I had the Korean short ribs and it there was 2 ounces of meat on them, I would be surprised. And I sometimes feel that the use of chilies in everything shows a lack of imagination. The ice creams were delicious and very interesting. Wine list ok

My girlfriend and I started off with two little fried oyster sandwiches as an appetizer. They were delicious. We ordered the "Bruce Banner" and "Community Garden" cocktails. The Bruce Banner featured a peach, cream flavored ice cube instead of the strawberry lemonade featured on the menu. As our excellent server mentioned (I believe his name was Loren), it may have been even better. We loved our drinks. I ordered the cajun duck leg, andouille sausage, grits, blistered cherry tomatoes & maple gastrique dish. My entrée was unique and amazing. My girlfriend had the crispy skin branzino with harissa roasted carrots chermoula sauce & turmeric picked cauliflower. She loved it. For dessert, we shared spongecake with strawberry jam, italian meringue, toasted white chocolate & dehydrated strawberries paired with Dow's "20 Year Tawny" port. It was a divine combination. Overall, the service, food and experience was memorable and pleasant. I would recommend Salazar to anyone. 5 stars.

Daniella our server was delightful and nicely attentive.

Salazar's food was incredible and the service was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back!
