One of my favorite places in the area but they have been out of so many ingredients the past few weeks it is insane. Granola has been out multiple times over the past few weeks, which a smoothie bowl is not the same without it. Today they were out of mango, kiwi, blueberries, and granola. Would easily be a 4-5 star rating if they kept ingredients stocked well

Best smoothie bowls in Cincy hands down! Also, a great selection of juices! Love all 3 locations, but Mariemont is closest for me. Love their commitment to fresh ingredients and supply of other local Cincy brands! Highly recommend!

Very expensive
$5.00 for a truffle that was a size of a bite size sample candy. Cmon, guys, you can do better.Turtle cheesecake for $8.00, which honestly wasn’t even all that great or delicious. If I wasn’t craving for some serious sweets, I would not even have ordered from them. Charge all you want, but give what we pay for, please.
Smoothies were good so I generously gave three starts. I waited 40+ minutes for two smoothies. I won’t be back

I went to Rooted to get a juice because I love the company, the service, however, at this particular location is horrendous. Most of the times I’ve gone a server who’s name i believe to be Coco has been working. This worker in particular has an awful attitude towards her job and her attitude towards customers is even worse. As a result I have stopped coming to this location. I highly suggest you re-evaluate scheduling this worker again.
