Family friendly restaurant known for their fried chicken. The chicken was both juicy and flavorful, and was served piping hot! The included sides(we had the green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, and mac and cheese) were also delicious. Our server was friendly and stayed on top of things. No complaints about food or service. We would gladly return if in the area again!
Food is outstanding as always. Arrived at the restaurant at 10 55. Which is OK since you don't open till 11But when we where seated in the bar area our hostess was VERY unfriendlyYou could tell she didn't want to be there and certainly didn't want us there either. I will continue to eat there because your chicken is outstanding, we will get our orders to go on future ordersI'm not leaving a 15 dollar tip to unfriendly waitresses.

Fried chicken is really good! We had a good experience. Waitress was really nice and it has a good environment.
This was my open faced roast beef they totally forgot the mashed potatoes this is total mess called they said I needed to order it with mashed potatoes when the menu clearly stated mashed potatoes roast beef with gravy over bread
Been going here for years, always good fried chicken but a few German options too. Went there for lunch with friends. I had the sauerbraten over noodles with hot bacon slaw. The sauerbraten was very good, not quite like Mom's or grandma's 60 years ago but I'd order it again. The hot bacon slaw is heavy on the vinegar for me; I find adding a packet of sugar makes it much better, more like what I grew up with. Service was excellent.
We enjoy an occasional dinner out at Ron's Roost. The food is good, prices reasonable. The restaurant is very clean, staff extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is present.Plus, where else can you go and see a giant rooster in the bed of a Chevy El camino? ?
I love Ron's Roost. They have a great variety and I just found out when I was there that they now have a buffet. We were there about an hour before the buffet started, so unfortunately didn't get it. Their chicken is great. My favorite is the Chicken Cordon Bleu.
I heard the advertisement of Ron's Roost on the radio. Especially the Fried Chicken that was served there, was given rave reviews. So, my husband and I went to try it out. OMG it was it good. We will go there again. Yummy
famous for their fried chicken, German entree's good and tasty also (can't spell them thou) all-u-can-eat buffet might be a little pricey, but don't go away hungry either....
