This location worser then Downtown Cincinnati location we have made the owners rich and why for what...Old cold non seasoned chicken dried sides hour waits attitudes etc and the owners don't care they ride Maserati and only care about sales never service....Do better people of Cincinnati stop setting for this BS service
Waited in line in drive-thru about 20mins only to find out when I got to the window they only took cash.another time I came by after Dr visit around 12:30pm only to find out they had no spicy chicken wings which is insanely crazy.
The chicken was very salty I mean salty I couldn't eat it peach cobbler was not sweet at half cooked dough ?
I usually love Richie's but the last 2:times I have gotten it the chicken breading was too hard to enjoy and chicken was small pieces they used to have the best and biggest chicken in the area. Very disappointed
I 20 minutes in line spent 40 dollars and the food was cold except for the okra. I asked for a cup of ice and was told it was 35 cents you would think after spending that much money l could get a cup of ice free. No thank you or anything . I will not be returning.
Need management at all time they take no pride in there job!!! Spent 45.00 on food waited 45 min 4 employees total everyone needs to be babysat

I really liked and thoroughly enjoyed the spicy fried chicken. I was stumped by the taste and the quantity. To me the price was very reasonable too. Anyone who likes fried chicken should definitely visit this place once.
