Arrived at Ritchies in Bond Hill at approximately 1:15pm. They said they didn't have any catfish, so I indeed mild party wings. I brought them home and realized they were old and had been sitting fir awhile, maybe even yesterday. The girl who handed my food had the personality if a rock. I called the restaurant to speak to a manager about the chicken and the phone went unanswered. I guess it's my fault fir thinking you could get quality food and good customer service in the hood. I won't be back.
The wait was long. The building looked pretty bad on the outside. I was skeptical from the start. Not from here. Had never been before. I only wanted to try one chicken strip. Was told that I couldn't buy one chicken strip. I had to buy the 3 pieces, which was over $5. That rule was odd and out of the norm. My daughter order some items and ended up getting me the three pieces. She wanted to mix a different side. They told her they couldn't do that. I wanted to mix spicy/regular. Again, was told that I couldn't do that. So that's crazy. By this time, I had enough of Richie's and was ready to return to the South. One piece of the chicken was hard as a brick. I tried another piece and it was edible, but lack taste. NO, NO, NO, I will NOT be returning to Richie's. My daughter said she liked the sweet potato pie. I told her it was probably premade by other vendor. Didn't like the service nor the high price chicken tenders. My daughter did say that she thinks the downtown location is better. I hope so!

I've been going to Richie's for YEARS! Food is always made fresh. It's always delicious and I have never received anything old.At this particular location, I will say, sometimes they run out of things. It may be macaroni this week or corn bread next week, however, because there isn't anything you can choose from to supplement what they don't have, it's still worth the trip.
Was told to try Richie's by a co-worker. Hands down the best ever!! Never thought about going bc the line is always long and now I understand why!! The line moves fairly quick and the drive thru person was super nice and patient! Food was hot and fresh!! Sweet potatoe pie is the best I've ever had!! Will definitely visit again soon and often!! Highly recommended!!
Their spicy chicken is the best I've had. The wedges are also fantastic.
Everything was Fantastic! Just wish they had one closer to the East side! Best chicken!
Best fries I've ever had in my life. I think they're breaded with cornmeal. Regular and spicy chicken were both delicious. We ordered red beans and rice and were not disappointed. They had run out of corn bread but the sides more than made up for it. First time in Cincinnati and I was so happy to try this place. Food came super hot and delicious and the wait was not long at all.
Out of pepsi and cornbread smh Why is this hole in the wall still open. This is what I get for thinking every Richies is as good as the one on Colerain. I'll never come back here.
It's good I'm just trying to understand why I feel like I had a laxative.
