Richie's has the BEST fried chicken, but the last two times I have gone they were .. wait for it .... OUT OF CHICKEN! I know supply chain is crazy right now, but no other restaurant has been unable to get chicken, and I've been asking around.Raise prices if you need to, but one more strike and I'm going to have to find a new favorite.
Used to love this place but the past few times I've gone it's been getting worse and worse. My latest order of chicken tenders wasn't cooked through and were tiny. The previous time my chicken tasted like it had been sitting out all day. Sadly will be a while before I try again.
Too packed and their speaker doesn't work well as well as certain staff members not really speaking English as well. Honestly,the food could be better as well, and this is coming from a guy who loved some chicken and peach cobbler. Their Rice and Beans really need to be improved!
Didn't have everything we wanted but the chicken was still good
The food was not bad. Chicken was crispy. I had a 6 flat combo wedges and roll. Also ordered 6 party wings and roll. We ordered a peach cobbler and were charged for it. We didn't receive it. I called once I realized it so that I could come back to get it , and they never answered the phone. It was only 9:30pm. I will call again tomorrow to see it they will answer. First time eating here, I'm visiting from out of town. I will definitely update to let u all know what happened with me getting my cobbler.I'm
Chicken is alright but the service started going downhill after the pandemic, it’s sh*tty at every location with a drive thru. The colerain avenue location will get you in & out but at all the other locations you’re waiting upwards of 20 minutes because they’re either taking/making one order at a time OR you have to drive up to the window to place your order. It’s hard to patronize AA businesses when you gotta hurry up & wait just to get crappy service. “We outta dark meat & wedges” you mean as long as you’ve made us wait in line you couldn’t hand write a sign/note & place it on the drive thru speaker?!
The food is good. But the service is no good. Waited in the line for 20 mins. Ordered 4 meals. 1 side was missing other side was only half full. Service was rude like they don't like they're job. Half of their sides was out. I have been to Richie's on Colerain ave. I will stick with going to Colerain way better service and food at colerain. I will skip this Richie's from now on.
Great tasting Catfish! Greens, mac and cheese and Potatoes and gravy. Nice people too.
Fish sandwiches was off the chain cat & cod was good too me i really enjoyed them both???
The 4 stars was for the Food!!!! The Service would have made it the whole 5 . The CS older Lady was rude and fussy/sassy. Not A Good look/thing. If food were not for client I would have just drove off and went somewhere else more appreciative of My money
