In Cincinnati I believe Richie's has the best chicken and the best moisture flavoring tastes watering in your mouth
This is the only rich's that open late and close early I'm lost all the other stores open early and close late I feel this one is poorly managed crazy part about this is they're operating out of KFC old building and they're right next door I mean if competition was a thing I'll be trying to out sell them? lol.
I can recommend the chicken butttt not the fish. Looks and taste like Swai fish that is being passed off as catfish. Swai fish no matter how hard you cook it does not flake. A lot of restaurants that list Catfish are serving Swai because it’s cheap and farm grown or is a hybrid due to endangered species in Japan. Sorry I won’t be ordering from this place for a loooooooong while. Going on a seafood journey to find a true seafood restaurant!
Decided to try Richies for the first time today on my birthday and before going to richies by 2 people the fish for the fish dinners was very big and a good portion to leave richies to only 2 overdone small pieces of catfish and the macaroni and cheese was rubbery tasting and the cornbread was hard and the greens had so much seasoning on them that the whole dinner was disgusting and the cashier didn't give me a receipt so wasnt anything richies was going to do about my ruined birthday dinner mind you for 2 catfish dinners cost $26.98 so don't go to richies just one awful restaurant and it was the richies located on Colerain by Galbraith.After making this review that I can't delete or I would I contacted awesome manager who gave me a full credit and want it to be known the workers in there are very friendly so please visit Richies on Colerain and experience for yourself.Thanks Richies for giving me a full credit so I could return so you could make what was my birthday dinner better.
I checked your website before I sent someone to pickup my food I got a 2 piece dark chicken with mac/cheese Your website says that's $5.69 and I was charged $7.49.I got a individual baked beans which was supposed to be $1.99 and I was charged $2.69 and a individual peach cobbler. Altogether it cost me $13.47 for a 2 piece chicken meal. I am on Social security and rarely eat out because I can't afford it. If your price went up you should reflect that in your website. I sure can't afford to come back here.
Really really slow and really rude employees. That was our first and last time. This is NOT fast food. We waited 30mins to pick up a door dash order because you are required to go through the drive through. Ridiculous . Employees are outside chatting on their cell phones instead of dealing with customers in the drive through
