It was 40 minutes before closing but our server was still attentive, polite, and helpful. The scallops had no flavor but the coconut shrimp was delicious!!! I was also unpleasantly surprised by all the upcharges on my bill.
Usually the food is good and fresh. I ordered the clam stuffed shrimp. Unfortunately I had to send them back because the shrimp n batter was raw inside. I then ordered the stuffed mushrooms. Usually the mushrooms are large and stuffed really nice. This visit I was disappointed. The mushrooms were small and not too filling. Hopefully things will be better on the next visit.
Great food. I don't like seafood so I had the New York strip. It's was cooked exactly how I ordered. Had a blondish server with short hair. She was friendly and took great care of us..
Me and my family, extended family ate here at Easter time. We had a great time. Service we were treated like family. The food was delicious, served hot with great taste. Thank you for great food and service. Everything in the room was so clean and in order. We had a beautiful time.
My wife, my three young children, and I went to eat for a family dinner at about 5pm. The children ordered from the kids' menu, my wife ordered crab legs, and I had the salmon. The food was excellent and the service was very nice, thanks to our waitress, Paula. She was very attentive and anticipated some of the challenges of eating in a restaurant with three young children. The overall price was standard for a sit-down restaurant, which means it was more than fast-food, but the quality of the food and service provided an excellent experience and we were quite happy. To start off 10-12 biscuits in basket ( only two of us) onions on salad when told " NO ONIONS" no tartar sauce when asked for some for fish,NO refill on drinks, Fish was cold. Received our appetizer of Muscles after meal (waitress said someone else must have gotten our order) at end of meal asked for a manager (due to other Red lobsters if problem occurs manager always stop by) MANAGER NEVER CAME BY NOR DID THE WAITRESS !Paid bill and left, also was not busy, plenty of open tables.!!!
Lena was the best server we have had in a long time! She was funny, attentive, and made our dining experience memorable. The food was delicious but the service was outstanding!
