I have to day our food came out warm and fairly quick. We were seated quickly and the hostess was pleasant. The food portions are much smaller but prices have gone up. The table was dirty feeling and our waitress was pretty much non-existent. She never refilled our drinks. For me all you have to do is keep my drink full and I am happy. They do have an app with a rewards program which is nice however we wanted the desert and was told there was no ice cream so we went with a different choice. The waitress took down the code but when we got home I noticed that we were charged for the free shrimp. My husband paid the check and didnât notice. A waitress really can make or break your dining experience. She wasnât even willing to take our check to pay our bill. She laid it in the table and told us to use the tabletop option to pay. My husband tipped her too much in my opinion.

Honestly Red Lobster is normally not my go to for seafood. I recieved a gift card from there and decided to give it a try. I was so impressed more so because it was Togo and that's never the freshest and temperature regulated. Everything was really good and hot until we got home.Well packaged anticipated our needs with proper condiments as well as plastic ware Pleasantly surprised and I will be returning next time dining in!
Tiny scoop of mashed potatoes and small serving of broccoli for entrees that come with 2 sides. I'd also like to box my own food when there are leftovers. Wait staff should never insist to/and do it. Aren't C19 cases up in Hamilton County right now? 13May22
I absolutely am shocked, stunned and happy to know that well rounded dinner with a drink can cost less than $25.....Amazing experience, super quality, and all at a great price. Posting photos to let you see why I will continue to return and also recommend Red Lobster.
Wow. Just not a great experience start to finish. We had to wait 45 minutes for a table, and it just went downhill from there. We were missing a set of utensils, which the waitress didn’t get for us until halfway through our meal. There was hair in the food, and all the seafood was overdone and unseasoned. The fries didn’t even have salt on them. After we finished eating, our waitress didn’t check on us for at least 20 minutes, if not more. No one asked us how we were doing in this time, no one even acknowledged us. I went to the bathroom and at that point the waitress asked my partner if he wanted dessert. He said he wasn’t sure what we would get, and asked her to come back once I was there so we could order. She left and never came back. We waited another 15 minutes or so before we decided to leave. We had to hunt down a hostess just to get our bill, and finally we went up front to pay. I would not recommend it, I know they were a little short staffed but I’ve never had a worse restaurant experience.

20 min wait despite reservation. The hostess just looked at us even though we couldn't hear our name through their masks and the phone msg was sent 10 minutes prior. We had to wait another 5 minutes for the hostess to return, upon which she defended the fact that she did her job in calling out name up for seating. The waitress took awhile to get our order. Never brought our water and flatware until AFTER our order was brought. Biscuits came after we mentioned and by the guy we mentioned them to brought our food out. Then our server brought another basket without a word. Fries were not done. But we are.

My husband and I ordered online and picked it up. After being told that our order would be ready in 30 minutes, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for cold food. I had the Ultimate Feast and he had the Seafarer Feast. We also both ordered the creamy lobster mashed potatoes and the bacon mac and cheese, as well as the calamari appetizer. it was complete garbage. as soon as we got to our car, everything was already cold, except for the lobster, it was overcooked. I don't know if you have any experience with cooked cold seafood but is NOT good. After walking in and trying to speak with the hostess about this issue, 10 minutes passed and I just walked out. I will say that they were busy, which makes it more confusing as to why I received cold food. I would not recommend this place for any reason. The service was garbage and so was the food. And for 100.00, we could have gone to Crab Creations and had a very nice meal. Very disappointing knowing what Red Lobster used to be in comparison to now.
