Usually this restaurant is consistently good. This one time the fries were not up to par. Not horrible, but more limp than normal. Almost soggy. All else was as expected, but the fries this time brought the overall experience from a 5 to a 4.
First of all let me say I have been a canes customer a long time when I went out of town to Louieville or Columbus before they came to Cincinnati that was my go-to stop to eat but now they that they come to Cincinnati and more and more locations are popping up the quality of the product has gone down not on the freshness just the portion size and the price to seems to be going up I understand inflation that u has to charge more but damn when my chicken finger is is smaller than my pinky finger we got a problem love the tea love the staff always very nice and respectful my food is always good fix that I'll give you a 5-star rating
Food is always hot and correct and the wait is never long. I love their drive thru greetings.
food is always good and the kids that work there are friendly and supply good service but this time was my last time I will visit canes because of how drastically they cut down the portion size and still charge the same money.....the chicken tenders were tiny as you can see in my pic ...along with the tiny little bit of fries....you get more chicken for at burger King for a 1.50 than you do at canes for 8.99

Awesome experience! Hot fresh made when I ordered crispy chicken and fries, made perfectly coleslaw,cane sauce and fresh lemonade. The crew at Beechmont Canes is SUPER Friendly . The pay window interacted with my backseat driver and the food window made sure I had all the condiments I needed . Drove home 15 minutes and my food was still exceptional . Thanks Beechmont Canes ,you earned 10⭐️
Can't beat eating the tenders right away. Hot and juicy. Eating inside was a huge plus, so glad it's open!
I absolutely love Cane's! They were very nice and always so clean, no matter which location I visit.
