Pretty disappointed the last time I went here. I wanted to try the naked chicken and it was so bad. The size difference between a regular and naked tender is ridiculous. The naked chicken was so tough, it was hard to chew. With all the price increasing as well, my fry portion was ridiculous as well. I wanted to go here for dinner, not for a snack. Also have tried contacting on the website, haven't heard back. I'd much rather go to the anderson location.
Horrible service, horrible size, unbelievable! My French fries are almost bigger then the the chicken! When I asked manager on duty he told me to call headquarters. There's nothing he can do about it. I respond with so you raised the price and made the chicken little. Robbing people! He said basically yes. Unreal, save your time and money and learn from my experience. Today is Tuesday 5/17/2022 at noon.
Still good,but I got the 3 piece. They should be embarrassed by the size of pieces. One piece wasn't much bigger then my baby finger. If you normally get the 3 piece,you might want to get a larger order.
Very lively drive through order taker. She had a little quip for every car that came to the speaker. Put a smile on my face. The food was quick and tasty. The tenders were well prepared and juicy. Could have done without the green lemonade but still tasted great.
Stopped in tonight an got 25 pieces with some sides. Fast service an food was hot when I got it home! My husband loves the bread!
Decided to visit and got to enjoy a lovely drive through line, but it went fairly quickly. I had a couple of different substitutions and some extra sauce and everything came out perfect. Good customer service and fine food to be had.
Rude employees. Drive thru took forever and food was so greasy the breading on the chicken came off easily. Fries were barely salted and toast was kinda burned. Not worth the wait for crappy quality food and unhappy rude employees.
I love yalls food and the customer service is always great my one and only complaint about this place is the lids they use for the drinks are cheap. It always spills in my car and I don't drive a cheap car so every time I get raising canes I have to also plan on cleaning my interior which is not cheap at all so please get better lids I will gladly pay the few cents extra
Drive thru only at this location. When we pulled up, the line was almost wrapped around the building. In 16 minutes, we were pulling away with our food. Great job!!
I am coming from Louisiana where Canes is a big deal and visiting this location for the first time was one of the best experiences I've had going to a drive through! Not only did the girl taking our order make sure everything was correct on our ticket but since it was so busy when we pulled up they insured we had everything in our order and some to make sure we were satisfied customers... Must be why they are so busy because not only do people come back for the food but also for the customer service. Thank you for such an amazing visit and happy holidays!
