I went to Raising Cane's on a Sunday afternoon, simply because Chick-fil-A is closed on Sunday's. I was told by 2 family members that Raising Cane's was good. So...I went there to grab my Grandson a Kid's meal, however, I was very disappointed that the Kid's meal only offered 2 chicken tenders & no choice of a fruit cup or apple slices like other restaurants do with a Kid's meal. Anyway, I bought a 3 piece regular meal. I was satisfied with the freshness & the bread.

Wow!!! I didn't realize that my Venmo card hasn't updated yet so I thought I had more money on it that was there. I'm standing at the cash register way low on money... So embarrassed. The manager walls up the the cash register and pushed some buttons and walks away. Then the cashier says "it's been taken care of, Happy Mother's Day!" I couldn't believe it. AWESOME people over there in thank you

Fresh and hot. Some of the best fast food I've had at a chicken place in a really long time. Quick service and friendly people. Thanks to the whole staff, awesome job!

I love Canes but this location is ridiculous. No dine-in and the line always takes 30+ minutes. With the price of gas I'd rather go across the street for Chickfila, atleast the line moves there. The menu is so simple, I dont understand why it's always such a long wait!*edit* I see people inside eating now but google says Drive Thru only*

The drive through servers were very professional. The food was tasty. Like they say, it's the sauce that does the magic!

Food is usually good at this location but they have a close time of 7pm....yet at least 2 times I have pulled up at 630pm only to find a worker telling me I could not get in line because they close in 30 minutes!!! If you "close" at 7pm then your drive thru should be open till seven and your staff should get off work at 730 or 8 to leave time for cleaning and closing..u DON'T advertise one time to your customers OAKLEY..and then turn them away 30 minutes earlier!!! How unprofessional

This was my 2nd time at Raising Canes. The line was fairly long buy moved at a good pace. The chicken tenders and garlic bread was utterly delicious however I don't get the hype about their sauce. I don't agree with the sauce is boss marketing. It's too peppery and the fact that I wasn't given another option for my dipping sauce for the price kind of rubs me the wrong way. I remember when they 1st came to Cincy I went and was given a few different sauces. One I really loved although I can't remember the flavor I remember the feeling. Anywho, overall it was a good experience but the sauce robbed the 4th star for me. Ijs. ??‍♀️?

It's pretty good and always fresh .. But chicken has zero flavor without dipping sauce on it. At least put some salt and pepper on it... Sheesh ?

First visit drive-thru only due to COVID-19. Food and service was great

Good restaurant, the drive through line is always insanely long. Because the dining room is closed, be prepared to wait. Food will be hot and fresh when you get it though.
