My wife and I decided to go on a evening drive and decided to stop in at Cane's. We dined in everything was great the line was short it only took about 5 min to receive our food. Immediately after eating I had to go to the bathroom. It was a single person restroom great for privacy (thank god!) But the floor was soaked not with water but chemicals... then seat itself had urine all over it... and a large cone placed directly in the middle of the room. It was clear it had be a long time since it had been properly cleaned. I cleaned everything appropriately with the chemicals left setting around for children to get ahold of before almost having an accident doing the employee's job. Needless to say my wife and I went home not thinking anything further of the situation..... we were up all night with food poisoning and it has continued into the following day laid up in our bed with constant visits to the restroom and medicine cabinet. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK !! This location was EXTREMELY BUSY ! 100! we are not the only ones sick today or even worse in the hospital! There were children there ! And your main food is Chicken ! You Are going to kill somebody !!
Recently visited this establishment over the weekend for the very first time was not impressed with neither the servers to the drive-thru nor the people working at the restaurant chicken tenders way overrated overpriced and under value. Better off going to Kentucky fried Chicken or even McDonald's. Save time and money and go elsewhere, your hard-earned money is not worth a trip to this restaurant. But don't take it from me I was just the first time visitor and receive lousy service, was also in line three cars ahead of me after placing my order and didn't even receive napkins in the bag provided. Never again never again will I go to this restaurant.
First time having raising cane’s and it was absolutely delicious. It was so good I forgot to take pictures. It was definitely worth it.
They are fast and friendly. Chicken and fries are always nicely cooked. They do get very busy so don't expect to get through the drive through fast. However i definitely will go either way.
I always love visiting Canes ❤ Maybe 1 day I can get a sponsorship from them as a die hard Raising Cane's foodie?
I Love Raising Cane's. A friend & I went after work today & we ate inside. The food was good. The music was so loud you couldn't hear yourself. The AC came on & was blowing on top of us & we asked a young lady if the AC could be turned off bc it is February & she said "No" bc the cooks were hot. Are you serious?? It looks like it is being ran by a bunch of kids who were busy acting like fools. Sorry!! I won't be going back. Maybe Chick-fil-A can help you with training.
Ordered 40 box lunches and 10 gallons of drinks and have to say everything was perfect. Food hot, tea and lemonade very good, service was excellent. Thank you for taking care of us lunch was great.
It took some time for the food to come out after ordering, which is understanding these days. But the food was delicious, and I was glad that the dining room is indeed open!
They would get 5 stars if they had dine in available. When I was there they were drive thru only, but they were fast. Chicken is good crispy and moist.
After working outside all day, I wanted to wash my hands and eat some dinner but the dining room was closed so I had to wait until I got home to wash my hands and eat. By that time, the fries were soggy and gross and they didn't give me any napkins with my food.
