Our server was horrible. He was rude and forgot half the orders. I asked for the fried tofu for my kids but just the tofu and rice. He brings out one plate with two pieces of fried tofu and a scoop of rice. I thought he forgot my other child’s meal so I asked if he could bring another plate (as I have two kids). He did and charged me for 4 orders claiming that the small plate with one scoop of rice was two orders. We paid 20 dollars for 4 strips of tofu and two scoops of rice. Top it off a bug crawled across our table. Please never consider this place if you have children.

The Korean Fried Chicken is amazing. The House Japanase Pancake was terrific. We also got the mushroom curry noodles to go. I'm thinking they were outstanding because my wife ate them all.The Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk is just out of this world. We got it bourbon and it was even better. The coffee was so good, we got another one to go. It's amazing to have Quan Hapa back in OtR. And we'll be back very soon.
My daughters and I love coming here. It's our favorite restaurant. The staff is always super friendly and they remember what my girls and I order. Hope you all can open back up soon. :)
If you've never been you have to go. The ramen is amazing. The hapa waffle fries are absolute ? and you've got to try the nitro ice coffee.
Went to Quan Hapa last night with some friends. It was dope! The food was so good! I took a chance and got a Cauliflower dish that the manager recommended, I didn't think I would like it, but it was so good! They remodeled the dinning room and the vibes and energy are super positive. Reminds me of NYC. All the staff was super cool and happy, it was just a great place to be. Oh yea... the Lemonade is legit! Will be back.

Absolute 10/10 the atmosphere was phenomenal, the food was to die for and HUGE ramen portions, the wings melted in your mouth, the drinks were poured to perfection, the staff was friendly from start to finish and we actually ran into an old friend who was the hostess Natalie and she went above and beyond for not just us but every customer in the restaurant. If you're in Cincinnati you absolutely have to go here!!!!!
Customer service gets a thumbs up. Know how to eat with chopsticks? If not you can be accommodated. Korean barbeque wings (appetizer)were great. The entree (Filipino Chicken Dish)was just OK. Indoor-Outdoor vibe. The public walks very close to the small outdoor sitting area. Very busy area. Restroom for paying customers only.
Great Asian street food concept. Only Vietnamese offering was the Ice Coffee. Meal was great. Staff very helpful, food was served hot and fresh. On our next trip to Cinncy, might be a must stop. Take time to relax and enjoy the experience. Thanks for the great meal.
